It’s ok consistently. Don’t understand the pull ahead thing get rushed out of the window area to pulll ahead and wait then its complicated to ask for anything like napkins or spoon you may require due to them being in a rush to hand you the food in a dismissive manner

Lady taking orders at drive through is absolutely rude and smart mouthed as they come. Staff always apologizes for her though. I have always loved Wendy’s and worked there as a teenager. Food always tastes bad when the person serving it is sour. Wont be coming anymore due to this.

Stopped here while shopping in Hartwell. It was clean and the food was a good temp. I would have given 5 stars but there was a hair in my fries….. I admit I ate em cause they were hot and I was ready!!! hot fries are hard to come buy… (Apparently hairy ones arent)
Ok ok. Its close to a walmart, dollar tree, cato, dollar General, and a ice cream parlor. So shop and then come eat. I don’t suggest the fry surprise unless you need some covid antibodies .

HORRIBLE. First of all the lady was half naked in pajama pants and a sports bra with NO SHIRT. She was cussing while on the phone and my kids were repeating what she said. Then one of the workers was smoking weed in the resteraunt. And others were asking for a hit. Then the manager was drunk in the bathroom peeing everywhere. They were out of chicken, beef, fries, and good employment. By the way the woman half naked was twerking on the counter making a TikTok. Worst experience EVER. NEVER COME HERE.

Update Feb 2024: Salads have definitely shrunk in size the past couple years. Used to be that they were a meal, now they’re side salads. The Chili tasted wonderful. Bathrooms smell of urine. I keep hoping things as a whole would improve, but alas…
Original Review: The apple pecan salad had nothing but lettuce, a couple wedges of apple, and a sprinkle of craisins (see photo). It was a sad salad. The guy taking my order barely spoke above a whisper. The sweet tea was very weak and the coke was weak and flat. Very lackluster experience all the way around.

Well I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in a while but they really have gone down
I ordered two son of baconators with lettuce and tomato added I got home there was no lettuce and tomato on the burgers they couldn’t even follow directions and two half pieces of bacon on the sandwich that’s supposed to be a bacon smothered burger. (Baconator) the picture even looks smother in bacon
