This location has terrible customer service. The employee at the speaker box didn’t greet me. Was very short with her answers & it sounded like she didn’t want to be there & she hated her job just by her tone. Then I proceeded to wait in line for 10-15 mins. I watched 2 people pull out of line because of how long it was taking. I got the same terrible service once I arrived at the window. She did t apologize for my wait. I asked for honey mustard & ketchup. Was told they didn’t have honey mustard, so I asked for ranch & was told the same thing. So I asked what sauce do you have which she said their signature sauce. So I asked for that & she seemed annoyed. Afterwards we’re still staring at each other b/c she still hadn’t given me my ketchup because I know for a fact you have ketchup! That whole interaction made me feel like I was such an inconvenience & annoyance for having her to do her job. Then I was even more annoyed once I got home, which is less than a 5 mins drive, to realized my fries were ice cold. How is it that I waited in line for 10-15 mins just for my fries to be ice cold! Usually if you wait longer than normal for your order at a fast food restaurant, that’s an indicator for a fresh batch of food being dropped. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered the new $6 meal which included a jr bacon cheeseburger, jr fries and hi c orange drink. my burger was cold, which concluded me to think that somebody returned that burger and then the wendys employees returned it to me. first of all, that is very unsanitary and displeasing to me. why should i have to warm up a fast food burger. if management sees this review please never let this happen again to any customers. its so off putting of a fast food restaurant to be this careless.

I ordered a chicken croissant and Cinnabon this morning. The food was old and I couldn’t pull the Cinnabon apart because the bread was so old. I called the store and they said I need to contact door dash. Well door dash didn’t cook the food. Show some responsibility for your actions, and stop serving old food. This was disgustingly wrong.

Just did drive thru – ordered a sour cream and chive potato, chili, and 4 piece nuggets. My husband got a burger meal. I did not receive my chili and my potato had no sour cream either. It was not busy.

The food is great however, the evening employees have been extremely slow and getting a lot of orders wrong. The credit machine was down at the drive through for the third time this week, so I went inside to order. I went in at 620 and left at Approximately 650 pm. The women in front of me recieved wrong order and so did I. There was no line at the drive through. I completely understand the heat, the need for breaks, not getting paid enough and being tired at the end of the day, i get it. But it took these employees forever just to get an order that wasn’t even correct. 2 customers ahead of me with no line in the drive through and waiting for 30 minutes? I got a #7… the bacon pretzel burger..

Staff were moderately nice didnt have much interaction with them. The refreshment machines were both out of most juice drinks and no lids for cups, the seating is pretty comfortable but there was a musty smell to the place and the bathroom was a mess. Food seemed ok as usual with every fast food place.

THEY suck, they were completely rude. We arrived at 11:52 and we did not know they closed at 12. They could have told us they were closed instead they complained and talked about us with the window open. Told us that they’ll give us 6 nuggets, but didn’t have any fries when we order two different meals. They cussed and called us names, it was ridiculous! Never go there, they’re trash!

The staff working there are nice and friendly. Their fries and chicken sandwich were great, however their Devi’s beef sandwich was not as good as the chicken. We filled the online survey form and we got an awesome free cookie for it.
