What a terrible experience we had tonight. We politely asked for extra sauce when apparently it’s .54 cents per extra sauce now. They then gave us the wrong sauce and I politely asked for the correct when the feminine dude rudely told us to pay for the sauce the next time and handed me the sauces?? Being loud and wrong for no reason.. sorry you hate your job! We will be skipping this place next time.

This Wendy’s is HORRIBLE! My food is always cold and you sit at the speaker in the drive thru for at least 5 mins every time you go. Then they make you pull forward for another 5 mins just to find out your order is wrong!! I always have a problem every time I come to this Wendy’s.

If I could give more stars for service, I would. We came through about 12:30 and Mr. Tilton went above and beyond. He checked on us twice while we were eating! His service was beyond the expected scope.

If I could give no stars I would, after waiting to pay for my order for 10 min on my 1 hour lunchbreak, just to get to the window to see the person that would be handing my change to me that I would have received put a DIP in his mouth. Needless to say I wasted my time getting there, ordering and waiting to pay to just driving off in discuss with nothing. This was very unprofessional and disgusting

We came tonight about 7:45pm and went to the drive thru, the person taking orders didn’t say anything as we sat there for a good five minutes before I said something and they replied with yes one moment , another five minutes go by I start the order and I couldn’t finish before they cut me off saying they only had the chocolate frosty. Needless to say we left because that was extremely rude . That worker lacked customer service didn’t greet me saying hi or anything . We went to Burger King and they were so nice and had great customer service. I’ve come here many times and haven’t had issues but I won’t be back anytime soon

Hoping Wendy’s sees this. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Thought my chicken tasted strange so I opened it and it split in half. The chicken was grey. Now, two hours later I’m nauseous. I’m so grossed out. This sandwich (which I added bacon and cheese to) and a JUNIOR sized fries was ELEVEN dollars. I could get a sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese, medium fries and a large sweet tea at CFA for a dollar less. I am so disappointed with the entire experience.

It took 20 mins for them to make 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers while 2 people behind me got there food. I got a refund. Will NEVER go back!!!!!! Nobody gave a shit not even the manager!!!!

The picture should explain it all. But I’ll spell it out. This Wendy’s has zero communication skills in the drive through. They got our order completely missed up and had to repeat my order four times. The two other drivers infront of me had the same experience. Lol I could hear all the frustration coming from the guy before me.
