My chicken was either raw or rotten. I bit into it and immediately knew from the texture that something was wrong. I rarely leave reviews but this was a horrible experience.

I ordered on the Wendy’s app while parked in the lot and then pulled up to the speaker to let them know I was here. There was no greeting for a solid 8 minutes while I sat there and watched the same car at the window the entire time. At this point, I cancelled my order and departed.

Nah dog this place is grimy for a Wendy’s. Tables mainly all sticky. A bunch of dead flies by the window. Feels like the kind of cafeteria they show you in shows when they wanna reinforce how bad the MC’s situation is.
They have a place to pick up app ordered food which is nice. They actually can follow directions too so your customizations will be meet. I suggest you do that because the service is pretty fudging rude to people with accents, like my coworker. Like in a dey-took-ur-jerbs kind of way.
Food was good though, but kind of slow so yeah. Again, another reason to order ahead of time.

Update : the manager gave total refund on our meal . Thank you but i still wont be back .
The food was gross , the chicken sandwich tasted like the Grease hasn’t been changed in a long time , same with nuggets. The fries tasted like they been sitting for a long time . The place is full of flies flying around everywhere. NASTY !!!!

Billy Bob here reporting what ever your needs are have me Sean handle it and miss mesh make the food phenomenal service from the 2 of them they are fast with the answers and the food but don’t skimp on quality customer service like theirs is HARD TO FIND in this day in age I truly hope they get the pay they deserve for the upstanding quality they have served me with it took me longer to type this out then it did for miss mesha to make my meal much love to these amazing employees give then a raise lord knows they deserve it

Christopher is the worst!
I would give zero stars but it is not an option. Came in on 9/8/25 at around 7pm. Dealt with Christopher. Worst person and horrible attitude. All I said to him after my order was that I already had my bottle of water. Coming from a manager I would never expect the eye roll, scoff, and hands thrown up. Don’t deal with him. Request someone else.

This is the FASTEST service I’ve ever received from any fast food restaurant in any country (across 10 countries).
It was not premade but prepared as I ordered and paid. I used tap-to-pay and the team sat my order on the counter before my receipt had printed.
I ordered a spicy chicken combo. The sandwich wasn’t thrown together; it was properly made.
Both the sandwich and the fries were both hot and fresh. So hot, that even after getting my drink first, I had to let my sandwich and fries cool before I could eat them, which is why I started typing this review immediately (to do something while I waited).
GREAT JOB TEAM! I hope management and the owner read this and recognize how well their team is performing. Thank you.
