Idk why evertime I’ve ever ate at this location. I don’t eat Wendy’s very often, but I’ve been here maybe 7 times in last 6 years or so. It seems like every single time the restaurant is so messy and filthy. It’s so odd. Food always looks sloppy and unappealing. The customer service really depends on who’s working there that day I’m sure. Not everyone is gonna like or enjoy a fast food gig.

although the order/food/ service was fine, i could not deal with the smell inside of the place. it smelt like mildew. as soon as i walked in it punched me in the face. no exaggeration. I have no clue who mopped the floors but it smelt like they’ve been using the same mopping water over and over again. i’ve never had an issue at this location before so this surprised me. There is also mold growing behind the drink machines and it’s starting to grow on the sides of them.

2nd time got food here and it was absolutely terrible first time tore my stomach up all day then today 11/19/2025 around 12:45 placed a mobile dine in order Michael L chicken sandwich combo and nuggets and the chicken sandwich was rubber hard to pull apart with fingures last time eating there if that woman came by later that asked if everything was good id told her no but hadn’t eaten the sandwich yet

The way I only ordered one thing and was the ONLY person in drive through and they thought it was okay to serve me BURNT BACON . I’ve never been the type to return back to a fast food restaurant and complain because I’ve worked in one before and understand how hard it is. BUT Don’t apply for a job when you’re NOT going to do your job, simple.

Absolutely ridiculous. Went to the drive thru today 8/13/25. There was one car ahead of me and none behind me, it was not busy AT ALL! I Paid at the first window at 6:13 pm, drove up to the second window to sit for TEN MINUTES while the gentleman talked to- I believe a manager, as she was untangling her hair right over the ice bin. As I sat there and waited he gave me MY drink (a Coke Zero), and then he continued talking, 5 minutes later he tried to give me another Coke Zero (that I didn’t ask for). I told him I already had it, and said oh and took it back. At some point, 5 minutes in, someone else, possibly GM pointed out the time and how long they were taking. And they seemed to not even care. The gentleman continued talking and gave me one of two of my kids drinks, he went back to talking and he remade the Coke Zero AGAIN and tried to give it to me AGAIN. At this point I was getting frustrated and told him it was the third drink he’s made, two of which I didn’t ask for. At 6:23PM they gave me my food, TEN MINUTES LATER!!! After he handed me the food I asked him for the second kids drink because he had only given me one and he said “that’s all the food you got” I repeated it again asking him for the second kids drink, he again said that he had given me all of the food. At this point I had to explain that I had gotten two kids meals and he had only given me one kids drink. He then realized he had the second kids drink mixed up with all the other drink mess ups and handed me my second kids drink. Very frustrating to say the least! Definitely need less talking and more working. Won’t be back !

Poor customer service and I believe the manager was attending me. They got my order wrong and did not apologize just took the bag away. Never apologized.

Went through the drive thru tonight and there was a very nice lady, I think her name was Sheryl who was fast and efficient and my food was fresh. good job guys!

My Burger was raw…I took a bit and I noticed red meat inside…got up and nicely inform the lady in front counter and showed her the burger…he response was “oh honey that it’s for sure completely raw”…she then told me she was informing the manager which was a African American male. He screamed through the kitchen Caaalviiin!!!! Then they all started laughing! Front counter lady stated they will take care care of me and hold a sec. I waited 10 minutes and my burger was not out. I went back and the manager looked at me with a what do you want attitude. I said my burger was raw. He immediately responded so you wanted another? I said yes please. Maybe we should have walked out but my kids and husband were also eating their food. Did not wanted to cause a bad experience for my kids. He ring me up for “free” on the burger. The lady in the front counter said he didn’t charged you !!! I mean I had already paid !!!! For a raw burger I wasn’t paying again for something that went to the trash. They never apologized. The manager is in the wrong position. If the manager acts this way what can we expect from the other staff. He has 0 customer service skills. Horrible…will not be coming again. Just thankful I did not have food poisoning.

I’ve had multiple issues within the past Month of this store. They never give all of your items you PAY! for I just spent $51 Here and i get home and Find out i don’t have half of my Food! This is Ridiculous Your corporation needs to train your workers better.

My Son of Baconator was more- than-delicious; fries and lemonade were good. Drive–thru service time was reasonable especially for middle of lunch hour, and employees were courteous and friendly. However, I couldn’t understand the amount over the loudspeaker, so I didn’t realize he had automatically upgraded my order to large drinks when I requested lemonades rather than sodas. First, I would much rather be asked if I want to upgrade to large! Second, when I asked for a cupholder for the drinks at the next window, I was told they had just run out. I was in my son’s Honda which has only 2 cupholders…both of which already had drinks in them. The only box the much- appreciated employee could find was much larger than my order. So I was precariously balancing a box-that-was-too-large-to-get-over-the-steering-wheel (with the 3 large drinks in it) on the open window with my left hand while driving a 5- speed to a parking space that was around a rather sharp curve in a busy parking lot! Humorous, but dangerous! Since I’m all about reducing waste, I have no problem with taking responsibility for providing my own cupholders. Note to self (and Wendy’s): In this unexpected instance, it would have been much safer to have had an employee bring the box out, or set it back till I got parked and could come in to get it.
