Its fast food. Store is clean, updated. The staff was quick, friendly and accurate with my order. Manger Arron was super helpful and explained to me about the “Boo Book”, which allowed me to receive 5 free junior frosties for free and a coupon for 1 kids meal at $1.99. All for $1.00!! Great deal and Arron was extremely kind for getting me this deal.

Literally the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever visited.

I pulled up to the window in a great mood, as I always do. Working in customer service myself, I understand how tough it can be dealing with difficult customers, so I always try to bring some light to people’s day.

As I was placing my order, the gentleman immediately cut me off, saying, “Before we can continue this order, you need to speak up.” So I spoke up. But even as I continued my order, he kept interrupting me and asking what I wanted before I could even finish speaking.

Then, when I got to the window to pay, he snatched my phone to use Apple Pay and handed it back with an attitude. When I received my food and began checking it, he slammed the window shut without a simple “thank you” or “have a nice day.”

Sure enough, when I inspected my food further, it was completely wrong — and the way it was made was unacceptable (see photo).

0/10 would NOT recommend. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine — but please, find another one. No one forced you to work at Wendy’s, my love. This location will never see me again.

Sign on door reads dining room open until 10 pm. Got there at 9 pm.. doors are locked. (I had a long day and wanted to sit down and eat some food as I hadn’t eaten in several hours).

Usually this place has great service and great food. Maybe they are just getting lax at night.

I’ll start by saying I’ve worked in every aspect of food service.

Truly awful experience in the drive thru.
They have the new AI attendant which seems to get things right. When we pulled up to the window we were asked to pull into a parking spot. That’s great…. It means I will get fresh hot food. Then we waited for fifteen minutes without anyone acknowledging us….

Now we get back in line in the drive thru and watch as several bags get handed to guests and then handed back incorrectly. Finally, after another 10 minutes, we make it back to the window. We show them our receipt, and they looked totally clueless.

Here comes the best part….. We were then asked to pull forward but only to the door….. Waited long enough to get honked at and had to move to a parking spot. At this point I asked if I could use the restroom and was told no. 45 min down the drain.

Food was cold, which after so much time seems impossible. I wish there were negative stars. After a hard days work in fine dining this is pitiful.

Went thru drive lady in drive not pleasant. We got home to eat and long hair wrapped around lettuce in my apple pecan salad. When I called to let them know it took forever for someone to answer the phone and she stated not sure how a hair could end up in my sandwich, when I ordered an Apple pecan SALAD. Not driving back 15 minutes to get another salad or refund

If you’re curious what $10 will get you at this Wendy’s – it’s disappointment. Sandwich could have been worse I guess. The order was correct but temperature and the sandwich just looks sad. I really want to have a good experience at a Wendy’s in Atlanta but I haven’t found one yet.

I haven’t eaten at this location in a long time, and saw that they had recently reopened after renovation, so I decided to give it a shot. I literally just ordered from here and there was WORM IN MY FOOD!! At first I thought it may have been a piece of lettuce (even though I didn’t have any lettuce on my sandwich) but it had legs and moved when I opened the bun! Disgusting! Thankfully, they refunded me even though I didn’t have a receipt.

I was already having a terrible day, and going here made it much worse. Since I didn’t have any change, I gave the lady a crisp $100 bill. She must’ve thought she was being all smart, thinking, ‘yeah, this sucker won’t notice, imma just get my grubby hands on this extra $10 bucks’.
I noticed, thank you very much!
The meal at first cost me $20, and then she told me straight to my face, without a single stutter, that it was now $29.??.
I was going to argue, so I reached in my bag looking for a receipt. IT WAS NOT THERE!
Really, absolutely atrocious!
So I left, because there is no arguing with thieves. I mean, what’s the point in having a conversation with someone who doesn’t have a conscience.
I want to warn those who decide to eat here, HAVE CHANGE!

AI Bot tried to take my order but I had placed via mobile order. It prompted the worker to speak over the intercom. He was very police, asked me how my day was going, confirmed my name, and had me pull around to the window. The other lady working the window was very kind as well, she told us to have a wonderful day after quickly getting our food out to our car.
