I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I just posted one about a nearby McDonald’s because the situation there was honestly unpleasant and hard to ignore. After that experience, I decided to drive to the Wendy’s next door to get a burger instead, and the difference was night and day.

At Wendy’s, I intentionally paid close attention to how the staff worked. All employees were wearing gloves, handling food properly, and overall looked organized and professional. That alone immediately showed a serious attitude toward hygiene and cleanliness. Compared to what I had just seen at McDonald’s, the contrast was huge and very noticeable.

On top of that, my order was prepared and served very quickly. The staff was efficient, everything felt clean, and the whole experience was comfortable and stress-free. The food was fresh, tasted great, and I left satisfied.

This visit really restored my confidence and reminded me how important basic standards like cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism are in fast food. Wendy’s handled everything the right way, and because of this experience, I would definitely choose Wendy’s again and recommend this location to others.

I came into the store to place an order during lunch rush a young lady by the name of Tia customer service skills was overly AMAZING ! she greeted my husband and soon as we walked in greeted us with a smile and a welcome to my Wendy’s she was very patient with us even though she had a lobby full of other customers she managed to take our order and got us right on out no less than 10 mins orders were bagged outstandingly neat thank you again Ms.Tia for your awesome and outstanding personality !!

Walk-in service was under par. We wanted to order at the register and they looked at us as if we were crazy! Food was very average. We expect a higher quality of burgers and fries from Wendy’s. Frosty ‘s were good though.

Stop by this location to get a refreshing large strawberry lemonade. Doesn’t disappoint it’s always delicious. The drive-thru staff was pleasant even when I had to change my order with my boo books, for the frosties. Very friendly reassured I had everything I needed before I pulled off. Pleasant visit.

Had the most awful customer service experience at this Wendy’s. The drive-thru server was clearly stressed out and had the nastiest attitude ever. I smiled and asked her to scan my app for points when her ugliness came out because the scanner didn’t work. I asked for the receipt, and that was another problem. There were 2 other ladies standing there watching the exchange, not doing anything while staring me down. Now, I would have been on the news if I gave her the same attitude she gave me, but a $6 meal will never be worth it.
Life working at Wendy’s should NEVER be that serious unless you are Dave Thomas (RIP) or his daughter Wendy! Do Better or find ANOTHER JOB!

Food hot/cold but the drive-through I think her name is lakeysiya but anyway it wasn’t welcoming she seem agitated and snatch my card out my hand and I’m just feeling like she needs to do better in customer service or she needs to be out cooking the food or bagging food to her preference I couldn’t even order the right way cuz of her but I did speak with miss April but I still feel she needs to do better

Im a dasher and I walk into this Wendy’s and turn around and walk out to sit inside if my car because it was too many people. I wait about 7 minutes or so cause by now I know my customers order should be ready. I go back inside to the counter. I was never greeted by anyone. Then this person walks up I believe a Trans.which I have to make that clear so Wendy’s knows who I’m talking about. Helps three people before me which I didn’t havw a problem with. After helping the three people still doesn’t acknowledge me I didn’t say I have a pick up gave the name of the person he didn’t goes or she if I’m getting it wrong I apologize but I don’t know if it was a man or a woman but he then goes. Oh let me check and see he’s looking at these three receipts, but there is a bag behind him that he never checked to see so then he goes with an attitude mind you he already had an attitude as soon as I walked to the counter for no reason, he goes with an attitude. I don’t have it I go is that not it is that not the bag behind you he turns around get the bag, hands it to me. I take the bag turn around to walk out the door. He’s dead cussing at me and calling me disrespectful words which I can’t put here they are very rude disrespectful no customer service and that person that man or that woman whatever it was at the front needs to be working. The grill should not be at the front line greeting customers because he does not agree. He has a nasty attitude And is unacceptable to be calling customers all out of their name because you’re having a bad day.
