worst Wendy’s i ever been to & i don’t even eat Wendy’s often .. only by cravings but today at 3:40 i came to this location & they had NO CUSTOMERS .. should’ve been the first red flag ugh . We ordered 2 $5 biggie bags jr bacon cheeseburger meals . We pay at the first window & get to the second window for them to tell us the only had spicy nuggets available at the time . I get home , mind you i stay next door the nuggets are HARD AS A ROCK AND THE BURGERS HAD NO BACON , fries were stale . I hate spending my money at places that half do their job idc if my meal was 1.50 i worked hard for it and they get paid to do a job correctly NOT HALF DONE ♀️ i will neverrrr return , im going to McDonald’s from now on

Horrible customer service from the lady at the first drive thru window with the blue locs! I spend too much money at Wendy’s to be treated nasty! I will pray for her and whatever she is going through, however, the young lady with the glasses at the second drive thru window has excellent customer service as well as the tall young man with the earrings in his ear and nice voice, great job!

They are so disrespectful. Waiting in the line for 10 mins, when other people came in is when they finally put a register on front counter then tried to take the back of the line order first (???) like when I was literally standing at the register bout in they face. All of the women were rude just because. The big red one with the lashes and big hair that passed out the food on Sunday feb4th around 9:30 needs to quit eating the food and change her attitude.The food looked as if it was out all day well the chicken patty because it wasn’t no classic nothing.

Why don’t they place the sign where it can be seen from the street?? I wouldn’t waste my time driving in just to see the sign saying the dining room is closed for maintenance ON THE DOOR!! Wendy’s doesn’t value my time!! I would drive on by I hate the drive through it allows people to make mistakes being in a hurry no thanks!! All the store going to tell you is how sorry they are!! I don’t want to hear that periodt!!
