I placed a mobile order. The drive thru associate was helpful, but there must be a lack of communication. I received attitude with my order as well as incomplete. Which really made the other associate mad. Don’t make your issue the customer issue.

If you’d like your food thrown together and served with a frown THIS Wendy’s is the place for you! Visiting from out of state and one of the WORSE. A team of young servers who aren’t familiar with their own menu. I ordered the fish sandwich twice and each time is was made different…when asked for extra tarter sauce, the person at the window didn’t know that tarter sauce came on the sandwich. Definitely an embarrassment to the brand and VIRAL WORTHY for lack of customer service in Georgia.

Never left a review for a restaurant in my life especially not a fast food restaurant. But I never come across someone so rude I’ve never been so disrespected in my life at a drive thru. I pulled up to the drive-through window and asked for one moment To choose my order and a female at the window told me it don’t take that long pull up to the next window after three seconds of me, looking at the menu.

I did a door dash order. The first person came to pick up my food cancelled because they were taking to long for the order. The second person came and the food was ready it took them a hour to get my food ready when it said 24 minutes, which I know it can change. The food was cold and not tasty at all. Placed a drive thru order during the breakfast/lunch switch. Was informed to drive to the side of the store, and someone would bring out my order. Ten minutes later, no one brought my order. Went inside the store, asked about my order, my food was never prepared by the cook. After handing my receipt to the cashier, my food was finally prepared. Will never order food during the breakfast/lunch switch over again.

This is the very first time that my burgers were not served hot! I pass two Wendy’s to come to this location because I never had to ask for freshly fried fries and burger.. but when I got my food, I had to give it back! Let’s get on point! Conley!!! Orange frosty is the bomb!

Whoever owns this Wendy’s should be forced to sell it. I walked in at 12:02, had my order taken at 12:23 and received my food at 12:30. They are completely understaffed. The shift manager was very polite and so was the rest of the staff. My order was correct and hot. To only have 4 people working during the lunch rush is ridiculous. And I work in the area so this isn’t a one time thing. I honestly feel bad for the staff because they are doing everything in their power to serve the customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The service is absolutely atrocious!! How do you give someone the wrong food and have an attitude. Then I was on lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer to get the correct order. This was after being in drivethru for 15 minutes. The lack of customer service is deplorable. Called corporate and have yet to hear from them either!! Shut the doors immediately!

The young people who work at this Wendy’s need more customer service coaching and training. They are definitely not in a rush to keep faster time in the DriveThru.
The last two or three visits I’ve had to get my order remade; they don’t listen. These comments reflect the weekend crew. Weekdays might be better.
