The people are unpleasant, the service is terrible, they didn’t have ketchup or mayonnaise. They should close the place and reopen when they have everything. If they don’t like their jobs, they should find somewhere else where they’re better off, because the only thing they were paying attention to was their cell phone. I don’t recommend it.

Between them closing earlier than they’re supposed to, serving cold items, serving the SMALLEST tenders (and the tenders JUST started being served at Wendy’s locations), they are supposed to be served fresh to order, they aren’t. The place serves old and/or cold fries to customers and then give you rebuttal just for asking for what you pay for. Management doesn’t care because they haven’t fixed anything no matter how many people leave a review on here to complain lol. Definitely the worst Wendy’s on/near the southside. Can’t even think of anything positive to say besides the fact that I be giving them a chance when I have liquor in my system. And even then, I’d still be left unsatisfied.

I ordered a combo meal and my meal was upgraded without my consent. I asked for a receipt to confirm the charge. I was told by the cashier the receipt machine is’nt working.Why do these fast food restaurants upgraded meal when customers didn’t ask for it???Customers please ask for your total before giving cashiers your debit card. Run as fast as you can away from here! Yuck! We received mayo sandwiches. It was more mayo than I could wipe off. Super salty fries and half cooked nuggets. I’m sick-literally. Tomatoes over ripe, lettuce turning brown and soggy and meat looked unidentifiable. Hurry up and close this one. Inside felt nasty. I guess because it needs an upgrade.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Ordered a kids meal for my son. It came out so cold I couldn’t guarantee it ever even got cooked! I asked for them to fix it explaining that it was cold and the lady at the front made fun of my complaint! She tried to blame me for it being cold because I sat it on the table for maybe 3 minutes while I helped my 3 year old get his drink! One of the other workers simply checked the food tossed it out and replaced it. Then the “manager” came over and pulled the tossed food out of the trash bin and checked it. The front cashier lady never even checked it! What I don’t understand is don’t they have thermometers to check the food temp? One of the back workers even clocked in taking a kid in the back kitchen area! If this wasn’t enough they were out of everything and dirty everywhere! I wish I had gone to McDonald’s! I wasn’t a huge fan of Wendys in general but this takes the cake as the worst and probably the last!

I came through the drive-through today around 1:05 PM. The lady on the drive-through was very rude. I tried to contact the restaurant to speak to management. No one has picked up. I will go beyond and speak to the next person on the ladder. So rude that I just left. No one gives a place money where they feel disrespected

We come regularly to this location to get the biggie bag meal. You have the choice to get a large fry or small drink if desired or what size you want. It will cost more but you can. But today, they decided they don’t do this. Even went as far as saying corporate said they couldn’t. Lies. We have to do better
