This is the WORST Wendy’s location I’ve seen. Management needs to clean house and get a better crew. And or get new management period!! I hope the owner of this location reads this review and does something about it. I will never eat here again!!! There is no telling how the cleanliness is handled at this location after experiencing this. There is no customer service and the employees don’t care how they handle someone’s food. I was done eating and went to grab my coke to take the first sip. There was no straw, and I looked in the cup and saw a PAPER RECEIPT/ LABEL inside of THE CUP!!! CHRISTOPHER TOOK MY ORDER AND GAVE ME MY FOOD. I ASKED FOR A DRINK CARRIER, AND I GUESS HE DIDN’T WANT TO GO GET ONE, SO HE PUT THE LABEL INSIDE OF MY DRINK. HE ALWAYS ACTS LIKE HE DOESN’T WANT TO BE THERE AND “WE” AS THE CUSTOMER ARE BOTHERING HIM!! How did the receipt get in the CUP and why didn’t anyone else see that???!!! He left it in there and passed it out through the window. This is so disgusting. This location needs a new health inspection done!!! OBVIOUSLY, I did not take sip of my drink. I will be calling the Health Dept. This location needs to be CLOSED.

Terrible food, honestly amazed how little care went into recent order.
Chicken, dry, cold, overcooked. Buns stale. Assembly terrible, missing ingredients. Wait time long, and definitely not to make fresh anything.
Having worked at a Wendy’s many years ago, this would never fly. It’s not difficult to deliver a quality product at rush hour, let alone us being the only customer. Phones or socializing must have been priority.

This Wendy’s has been really hit-or-miss lately. Long waits even when it’s not busy, cold fries, flat drinks, and a few rude interactions with staff have become pretty common. I’ve also had a couple orders made wrong, which is frustrating after waiting so long. There are occasional good moments, but overall the consistency just isn’t there right now.

After waiting 25 minutes after the “expected” ready time for my order I finally received my food. The female manager with glasses was outrageously rude when being asked why the food is taking so long with no other customers she even ignored my questions 3 time. My first DoorDash order my meal and my sons come with no chicken and no burger patty. I re-ordered our meals and they came with the burger correct but my chicken sandwich with no chicken….. I mean you have got to be kidding me. How do you close a chicken sandwich up seeing no chicken on it….

Nuggets were ok, but Diet Coke, double stack and fries were pretty terrible. Fries were cold, double stack meat didn’t taste right and DC was flat. Never had a Wendy’s this poor before.

Drive through window speaker not loud and hardly notice if the person is taking order . I had to circle twice to try to order at the drive through. First time eating Wendy and it will be my last time. Poor service
