I was recently delayed at this travel stop for a couple of days, and I ended up eating every meal here—from breakfast through dinner. The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming.

Very disappointed with this Wendy’s location. I visited recently and the experience was unacceptable. The chicken was undercooked, and the fries were overcooked and black, clearly old and not fresh.
This is a serious food safety concern, and it reflects poor kitchen standards. I do not recommend eating here until the quality and cleanliness are improved.
I hope management takes action to fix these issues — customers deserve better.

Customer service was not great at all, very impatient while ordering. Took 10 minutes to get our food. Chili cheese fries barely had any fried and meat barely was even cooked at all, basically RAW

Customer service is bad indeed. I ordered big bacon classic double.. I got whatever this is. I could of made this at home. No receipt, condiments, or napkins in sight. Soda machine is filthy and has water and trash all around it.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 1645 highway 29 Newnan Georgia location at 12: 07 by 12:12 I still hadn’t been greeted so I pulled to the window and I was all but ignored. They looked at me and turned their back. This is not the first time I have gotten subpar service from this location. I only stop here late at night because I get off at work late and it’s the only Wendy’s close to my home.

Drive through always closed when it shouldn’t be… It seems like the staff doesn’t want to take drive-through orders, but I’m still able to order online for pickup through the drive-through. was hurt today at work, and I had to go in after placing an order

No fries are better than getting 14 cold fries. It was 15 fries but I ate one before looking into the bag.

If I could rate a zero I would! We came here to feed 8 people and the employees were rude the kiosk wouldn’t let me order over 60 dollars of food at a time and kept deleting my order. I then went to the counter where the employees were rude and I waited 20 mins for somebody to take my order to which they never would. Lost out on that order because they have poor customer service!

It took 10 minutes for them to take my order in the drive thru. The breakfast menu wasn’t even turned around. Ordered 1 breakfast burrito, it was sticky and tore apart when I opened the wrapper. 1 sausage biscuit, it was cold. 1 egg and cheese biscuit. It was the best out of all 3 items.
*Edited* After speaking to the Manager, Rick, he assured me that he was working to make things right. He was very pleasant and very apologetic! I look forwarding to stopping back in and giving them another shot. updated to 3 stars for their willingness to make things right.
