My daughter’s order was fresh. The customer service is lacking. No one greets you at the window. The lady who handed me the food just started the entire time. It was awkward to say the least.

My expectations for fast food places are not high, but this was exceptionally bad. Despite there being only a few other people in the dining room it took 15-20 minutes for our burger, chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets to come out. There were no condiments available to grab ourselves and none in the bag. By the time we realized this the line at the counter was 5 people deep and remained that way while we were eating. The floor by the drink machine and condiment bar as well as both bathrooms were extremely slippery. Having worked in food service myself I suspect that a mop used to clean up a grease spill was then used to clean these places, leaving a very slippery greasy layer on the floor. Upon going to use the women’s room, all 3 stalls were completely out of toilet paper. Any one of these things wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but all of them combined made for a very annoying stop on a long road trip.

There’s actually people out here who’s looking for jobs, and yall give them to people who doesn’t care. Take these reviews serious and get these people out and put in some new ones!!

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a 4 piece nugget. I was pulled up and told my fries were dropped and the wait time was 1 minute and 20 seconds. Well I waited about 10 minutes only to receive old fries which is what I was supposedly pulled up for, while cars behind me get their food with no wait. I had to bag back to the window to check on my order and told they were on the way out. The person who did bring my food had a terrible attitude and appearance with her nose turned up as if she was inconvenienced or aggravated. Poor service and the food wasn’t good.

While traveling from Florida to North Carolina. We stopped to eat at Wendy’s, big mistake. This was in my chicken wrap. They had no drinks on tap except a few zero added ones. The service was very rude and unwelcoming. The floor was so sticky that our shoes literally came off. Bathrooms were disgusting. All 6 of my family members were violently ill within a few hours of eating at this establishment.

Came here during lunch break and waited in line for about 8 minutes. We were never greeted or told it was going to be a wait or anything. The shift leader and cashier continued to just walk back and forth by and never took our order: There was one customer on the side of us, who had not had a choice to order he stated that he was a while also just to order his lunch. The employees were just walking back and forth ignoring the guests at the front counter. After a few minutes more minutes we just decided to leave. I have ordered breakfast from this location and the service is way better, but this encounter has made me reconsider coming into this location at all. Very poor customer service from the top down.

I ordered right at the beginning of lunch around 10:35. Food was remarkably HOT and Quickly prepared even by me ordering a plain burger that had to come off the grill. The lady that packed the food clearly did it with consideration that everything was neat. Food was Great. I will definitely visit this Wendy’s again and liked the great customer service

I arrived to the drive thru and there was laughing and loud talking while I was trying to make my order. I asked for my drink with no ice, I told the lady at the windows, she snatched the drink out of my hand and poured the drink out, returned my drink with no ice, as I was going to say thank you she slamed the windows in my face. Terrible.

It was only three cars in drive-through and I waited 40 minutes because they was holding the cars at the first window before they sent them to the second window. I waited a while for my food to be cold and old the burger was dry. The fries was old. I wish I would’ve checked the food before I left. And the manager that was in the second window, had a very nasty attitude no greeting just handed me my food

Ordered two cheese fries advised the employee at the window there is hardly any cheese sauce on the second fry. She yelled amd told the people in the back and they are yelling back there is certain portions. Which clearly I’m aware of but if that comment is going to be used then clearly that’s invalid by the picture below. Service I would say is rude!
