Man them folks were terrible it took them almost 30 minutes to come take me and my child order. Then they gave us some old cookies the burger was cold and my fries were cold as well . They have to do better then about 4 of the employees had took cigarettes break I know they saw all this on camera. Plus one guy say he works there was in the back just say I won’t be going back there anymore.

The cashiers have the worst attitudes. The food is unsatisfactory. They get mad I you ask for condiments. We had to pull up and wait on nuggets and you would think that everything in the bag would be fresh, but no! Fries were very cold and even the very thing we were waiting on was almost cold. They need new management at this location or train the cashiers better.The Whitesville rd location is the best one. The one by the mail would be my 2nd choice. Unfortunately, the one on Vernon is the closest to me.

Restaurant is disgusting. Floors are sticky, seats are sticky, tables are cruddy. Condiment/drink station is cruddy and sticky. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. The walls around the booth have dirt, dead flies, and crud all over it. Drink machine only had a couple of options to choose from because the rest were out, the tea containers were CAKED in old tea and sugar. Fries were gross and old, bread was old and crumbling, chicken nugs tasted like they were cooked and them dumped back in the oil to heat up. Overall, will not be back at this location.

Good was not great, nor fresh. Cold burgers and fries are not good, especially when you have a hungry family and we don’t eat out often, and then you get that. Their frosty was still good which is why they get 3 stars, otherwise we won’t be eating here again.

This place is terrible and I would not recommend it. When you express that you do not like the shape instead of fixing it the owner that sits at the very 1st table wants to argue back and forth with the customer like I’m not the one paying money for services.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORIGINAL CHILI.THOSE WHITE BEANS THEY ARE PUTTING IN IT ARE AWFUL AND WAY UNDERCOOKED COULD NOT ENJOY OUR CHILI TODAY,ALSO IT BE TOO SPICY TO ENJOY. SOME OF THE BEANS IN IT ARE LIKE UNCOOKED DRY BEANS .WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I ORDERED 2 CUPS OF CHILLI NOT 2 CUPS OF HALF COOKED BEANS WITH NO MEAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. The employees would not even speak or take any order. That is their job. Management needs to hear that they lost money today because of the attitude of the employees. That is why one star for no service. Yes we left no other stars needed. We would stay away from this Wendy’s.

On a roll tonight I guess. Second restaurant I’ve reviewed tonight alone due to SERVICE. Pulled around to the window to tell them I had a mobile order, a girl comes on the speaker and sounding like a man purposefully, saying their system is down. Meanwhile they are ALL sitting in the dining area, and having friends come sit with them in the parking lot, why still have your headsets on and playing around in the lobby? How convenient on a Friday night. If your system has been down for a couple hours, it’s hard to believe the company will just let you ride the clock. I can tell you first hand when the store manager is there working, they are in work mode. I know the store manager, and she doesn’t play rain-deer games.
