The service was outstanding. The lady at the drive through was exactly who you would want greeting customers. The food was hot and fresh. The only negative was the burger was not prepared the way I ordered. I’m not one of those crazy people so I adapted and went on about my day. Not going to give a zero for a minor mistake. Everything else was excellent.

Food was cold. But it should be after waiting 27 minutes for 2 biggie bags. 1 girl behind the counter seemed to be working. Everyone else wanted to talk to each other or play on thier phones. The lady who appears to be the manager didn’t say anything to any of the staff. Everyone was very nonchalant about thier job. This Wendy’s is terrible and if they had less than a star I would have given that Instead.

Went through the drive thru and they were rude for nothing…asked me to pull around the building and the.manager brought the food out a second later but they always miss something….my daughter’s fries were missing…and the fries that we did get were gross and cold and our burgers were red on the inside. I will never go back to this Wendy’s or any other I think. I am done with this corporation. They don’t seem to care what they serve anymore!

Had some of the best customer service tonight than the usual service we receive. Nynika (sorry if I misspelled it love), was polite, sweet, and very helpful! She made sure I had a drink carrier and everything that was supposed to be in our order! Thank you so much for such wonderful service, she deserves a raise for going above and beyond!!

Me and my girlfriend decided to get some Wendy’s on McIntosh rd. We did a mobile order. We went through the drivethru for our mobile order and wait for about 3-5 min to get to the speaker. We were instructed to pull the first window and then told to go to the second window. TWICE I was asked the name for my order. Pull to the second window and was told to pull ahead for our mobile order. We waiting for approximately 6-7 mins on our food. The manager brings out the food but she seemed to have an attitude behind. We both checked the bag, and to our “suprise” no sauce, fries, and nuggets cold as hell. Realizing this she comes back with the drinks; obviously sensing she has an attitude, I then tell her thank you and she proceeds to roll her eyes and walk back in. ION KNOW WHAT YO PROBLEM IS MANAGER LADY THAT WORKED THE SHIFT ON NOVEMBER 2, 2025 @4:23PM. BUT FIX THAT ATTITUDE OF YOURS.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Wendy’s a few miles up the road. The service at this location is abysmal at best. They can’t get a single thing right on your order and act like it’s YOUR fault they messed up your order.
