went through the drive-through expecting a simple biggie bag—you know, fries, a sandwich, nuggets, and a drink. A meal. Food. Something edible. What I received instead felt like a social experiment on human disappointment.

When I opened the bag, there was one microscopic slider—no meat, just bread and a sad piece of lettuce, like it had given up on life. No fries. No nuggets. No drink. Just vibes.

I asked where the rest of my food was, because surely this was a mistake. The worker called over a manager who mumbled something I genuinely could not understand and basically told me, “Yeah, that’s tough,” and walked away like this was completely normal.

drove off in disbelief, then noticed there was a straw in the bag. For a drink that never existed. So not only did they forget my food, they teased me with the idea that a drink was once planned.

Let me be clear: I paid $5 for bread and lettuce. No protein. No sides. No beverage. Just an emotional lesson.

If you’re hungry, save yourself the time, money, and sanity. Unless you’re in the mood to buy air with a side of disappointment.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this Wendy’s within the last couple years but it has gotten so bad. Went over the weekend and my experience? I’d never go back. The dining hall smelt like urine, the carpet is old and stained and needs to be taken up. I guess they were short staffed because the lobby tables were dirty, drink machine and area weren’t clean, they were out of almost all the fountain drinks. Customers were complaining about their food how it tasted old, it was a disaster. Now let’s talk about my food. My beef patties and my daughters were undercooked, she had hair on her food and the way it seemed how they just threw our food together and put it in the bag… smh. Horrible! Never again!

The Manager in here is rude and cruel to her young employees. I was here picking up an order and instead of helping, she was in here micro managing and being super pushy and rude to the young staff.

If you want tip top employees, maybe you should pay more. When you pay like crap, working with children is going to happen. If that is going to happen, then you’re obligated to deal with sub par performance out of a learning child. You’re obligated to treat those kids with respect.

If I was the young girl that was being yelled at was actually doing a great job for how busy it was.

The lady in question “DANA” should be terminated immediately. I wont return until I know she’s been fired for treating kids like that in front of customers.

This place looks nasty ( see pictures ) 2 of the Ladies that work there have long hair that is not tied to the back of their head!!
I can only imagine what the hair is touching while they r working at a restaurant!! The carpet looks nasty! Never been changed or cleaned in ages. You make money but r. It willing to spend money to make your business presentable. It’s a shame!!

Worst Wendy’s! Every table and chair was dirty looked like it was wiped down with a dirty sticky towel, floor had spills that wasn’t cleaned up wrappers and trash, no soda selections or lids or napkins everything was out plus the employees had their hair down with no hair net and was almost in the food because it was so long. Smh

I’m Brazilian and unfortunately there is no longer a Wendys chain in Brazil, and as I’m on vacation I decided to kill the nostalgia and hunger at Wendys.

My order was a pretzel bacon pub triple and the snack is very good! I was a little disappointed with the size, because I thought it would be bigger, but for the amount of meat it even satisfies hunger.

The service was even fast, being a Sunday afternoon, where the drive-thru was crowded. The place wasn’t that clean, but at least it was empty and had a place to sit.

Oh, and my order came correct and this is what the snack looks like.

This location has gone downhill tremendously. The staff often come off as young and unprofessional, with rude attitudes that make the customer experience frustrating. The management doesn’t seem empathetic or interested in addressing concerns.

The store has an unpleasant smell as soon as you walk in, which doesn’t inspire confidence in cleanliness. As for the food, it’s very hit or miss — sometimes okay, other times cold or poorly made.

I’ll be skipping this location in the future. It’s worth the extra drive to visit another Wendy’s where the staff and service are better.

Sam needs to be fired. Not only did she get my order wrong, she didn’t give me my drink and refused to bring me a replacement sandwich when she messed up my order. I order a big bacon, she gave me a david single.. Additionally, she hung up in my face twice and told me I should’ve reordered if I wanted another sandwich. I will be speaking to their manager Johtyce tomorrow and calling corporate Monday morning. This is the second time I have had an incident with this establishment. $10.00 down the drain for low class service. As I am writing this, another employee walks out with what could be my correct order and a drink which I refuse to take because she could’ve done anything to it now that I asked for her manager’s information. This all could’ve been resolved had she had some class and good customer service the FIRST time around, not after you feel like your reputation is on the line. I’m tired of spending money and getting undignified service. It is time for things to change.
