Dear Culinary Visionaries,
Let me begin by expressing my deepest admiration for your team’s avant-garde interpretation of the phrase “No Cheese.” Rarely have I encountered such bold disregard for written instruction, such fearless commitment to doing the exact opposite of what was clearly stated. The drive-thru AI — bless its computerized little heart — took my order with precision and politeness, yet somehow, your kitchen staff transformed that simple request into an artistic statement of chaos. I can only assume the employee responsible was testing the limits of human literacy, or perhaps auditioning for a role in Kitchen Anarchy: The Musical.
Now, to set the scene: 3:45 p.m. on a Thursday. Not exactly rush hour, unless we’re counting the tumbleweeds blowing across the empty parking lot. I was the only car in line — a lone diner, trusting in your establishment’s ability to assemble one humble hamburger without the dreaded, rubberized square of imitation dairy. What I received instead was a smothered masterpiece — a monument to indifference. Faux American cheese melting into ketchup, tomato, lettuce, and one single onion ring so lonely it deserved its own support group. It was, truly, a sight to behold.
By the time I discovered this culinary betrayal, I was already home, and thus spared the embarrassment of returning to your “flagship fine dining” location to deliver my feedback in person (a move which, I suspect, would have earned me a lifetime ban). I offer one modest suggestion: before granting employees full access to the condiment bar and sandwich press, perhaps administer a simple literacy test — or, at minimum, a matching game titled “Find the Word ‘No.’” I remain hopeful that one day, “No Cheese” will mean exactly that. Until then, I’ll be over here scraping dairy off my dignity.
With lukewarm regards and mild lactose intolerance,
A Disappointed Customer
Yeah, COLD! Tell me why she handed out more nuggets that obviously had been sitting under the light the same amount of time as the first batch she originally gave me?!
Not friendly at all… not even a thank you after passing out cold food! Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to be upset!
2nd time In 2 weeks I’ve tried to have a sit down lunch to take a break. 2 other would be customers also tried to get in?We all kind of looked at each other and went, I stated guess they don’t want our business.
So with chick fil a in sight.I drove down went in had a nice lunch.Pleasant atmosphere, pleasant customer service and great food. Maybe Wendy’s of mirror lake VR needs to walk down to chick fil a and see how to run a fast food business.

Went back today. Ordered a few meals. The total was $24 dollars. When handed my food I asked for two sauces packs. The person at the drive thru looked as if I just hit his cat. He walked off and came back and shrugged his shoulders. He told me no. I said why. He said his manager said he couldn’t. I said so I can’t get two sauces after spending $24? He said the manager said no. Didn’t even give the offer to pay for them either.
Sadly this place isn’t going downhill, it’s already there. Workers have no drive or motivation it seems and they never look happy. Management is incompetent.
