Short staffed, busy, and under duress, this team, under a very busy Saturday night, fulfilled the drive-up and walk-in orders with a sense of urgency and excellent customer service! They all deserve praise and recognition for their outstanding attitude toward great service and customer satisfaction. Placed an order on mobile app. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes not including the wait to get there (there was only 1 car in front of me). Pulled up to window and waited almost 5 more minutes. Worker handed for to me silently. No greeting, apology for the wait, anything. Fries are cold, stale, and nowhere near full in the container. This location has slipped badly.

Typically, I would be bummed that there are like 7-8 vehicles in front of me at Wendy’s as they could take forever. This was not the case and I was out of there in a few minutes which is not normal. Food was typical fast food quality, fries were just decent. Love Wendy’s food but hate how much higher they are. Would come back though

We placed a large order, got home and it was wrong. I tried calling 4xs to have them refund my money. It would ring 4xs then go to a non set up voicemail. My sister eventually drove back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager DAVID Who only would remake the incorrect sandwich and not the fries (even with the receipt). David must not realize how easy it is to lose a customer. Don’t be like David.

I appreciate Wendy’s as a brand; however, this particular location consistently delivers a disappointing experience, which I believe reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. I frequently choose alternative Wendy’s establishments to avoid this one. My repeated visits have been met with unprofessional and frankly rude staff. On one occasion, it took 15 minutes to receive a simple order of chicken nuggets, despite being the sole customer in line. I ordered an apple pecan salad in addition to crispy chicken sandwiches, etc. The salad tasted old. The chicken in the salad was dried out and hard. The same goes for the chicken sandwiches. The chicken patties were dried out and hard, including the buns. Basically, the food was not fresh. I picked up at the drive-thruu window. The team members at the drive-thru windows were courteous.

Worst experience ever! They completely messed up my order, and when I tried to talk to the manager, he told me to drive around again and then just walked off like my voice didn’t matter. I had to wait even longer just to fix something that shouldn’t have been wrong in the first place.
What really upsets me is that they don’t read your order back, don’t tell you the total, and then you end up paying for food you never get. I was missing an entire meal after being told everything was correct. Terrible customer service and zero accountability I won’t be coming back.
