Not what it used to be, at least to an old guy. Dave Thomas built a great restaurant chain, named after his daughter. But after his passing and with the constant pressure on fast food – .
In honor of Dave Thomas, I hope Wendy’s can become the hamburger Chick-fil-A!

Well now I know why I never see many vehicles in the drive thru or the parking lot when Bojangles across the street is usually packed. Yesterday evening my wife called & asked if I wanted anything from Wendy’s. I told her I would love to have a large chili. When she got home, there was no chili in the bag. She called & the manager said to come back & she would make it up to us. I didn’t want to drive the six miles back to town at 8 PM, so I had cold cereal instead of hot chili for dinner. I went back in today, Wednesday January 21st, 2026 at around 2:45 PM with the receipt, & asked to speak with a manager. A woman with short hair walked up to the counter. I told her what had happened. She didn’t apologize for the order being messed up. She acted as though she thought I was lying, even though I showed her the receipt. She got a bowl of chili, put it in a bag along with some crackers, & handed it to me. She wasn’t a bit friendly. I asked for more crackers & she rudely told me she had put three packs in the bag. I told her I liked a lot of crackers with my chili. She put a few more packs in the bag & walked off. You would think that with Popeyes, which was just across the highway, closing their doors last year, that a lesson would have been learned, but obviously that’s not the case. Instead of ordering a combo to go, I left & went to Taco Bell. I was treated well by the young lady there that took my order. She understood how to deliver good customer service. With McDonald’s, Burger King, Zaxby’s, Dairy Queen, Bojangles, Taco Bell, Chickfila, Culver’s, Panda Express, & Captain D’s all just a short distance away, we won’t be going back to Wendy’s anymore. Some people should not work in a position that requires them to deal with the public when they don’t have the necessary skill set required to do the job well.

The manager is extremely rude every time we go there. I thought the first time she was just having a bad day and we are all human. But I’m extremely patient and kind and for her to act this way every time we go there is unacceptable. I’m tired of getting treated this way and definitely will not be back. She is a bully. They need better management. I cannot imagine toxic she is to work with. Do better Wendy’s.

Went through the drive through ordered 3 of the double bacon cheeseburger biggie bags, two of them with sweet and sour and soda and one with bbq and a tangerine mango lemonade. I pay and get to the pickup window where I’m handed my sodas and a mango pineapple lemonade, tell the lady working it’s supposed to be a mango tangerine and she gives me a dirty look, get home and find out none of the sauces were correct. This location has really gone downhill

Honestly one of the best looking burgers I’ve had in a while. And really, really good! Fries are perfect and the folks working the drive thru were not messing around. Was very busy but they were getting people through. Not my first good experience with this location.

If I could give this a zero I would. My daughter was trying to order through the drive through only to be told that they could not hear her and asked to speak up. When she did, she was told she had an attitude because she was trying to speak loud enough for them to hear o er traffic. Yes, I called the manager but this kind of behavior is not okay.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s in north ga. When they forget food they fight with you over it. Even with a receipt they argue and say they gave you the food, as someone who knows how hard that job can be, it’s sad basic honesty isnt given and you dont get what you paid for. Second time shame on me, won’t be back. Do better. You are liars.

Went and got two breakfast baconator’s this morning. The bacon on them was literally burnt black, crumbling, and smelled like charcoal. I don’t see myself eating at this location again any time soon.

I stopped off at this Wendy’s on my way home. I’ve never been here before, but if I’m ever in Jasper and want Wendy’s, I’ll happily stop again. I ordered on the mobile app and dined in. The food was fresh (Wendy’s fries are the best if they are fresh and hot). The fries and burger were all made to order, hot and just what I wanted. While I was eating, one of the managers and another team member were attending to a chair in the dining room. They were fixing a chair leg and cleaning the chair as well. I’ve never seen this in any fast food establishment. Ever. The restaurant was spotless – both at the counter and in the dining room. It’s obvious that they take pride in their work and their establishment. I had to compliment both workers on doing such an outstanding job. To whomever the GM is or the franchise owner for this location – I would want this crew working at my Wendy’s, too. These folks definitely earn their salaries (and I’d pay them more just to keep this rock star crew!).
