Went into this Wendy’s Friday evening October 3 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the service at this restaurant. The young man taking orders at the front counter was above and beyond a professional. Made sure my order was perfectly right and was completely accommodating , polite, and respectful. The dining room area where we ate looked completely clean and well taken care of and the general service and atmosphere at this restaurant was great. I will definitely be coming back soon. The food here is delicious. Fries are guaranteed to be hot. For only five dollars, you can enjoy a cheeseburger, 4 crispy nuggets, French fries, and a drink. Service was quick. Not a 5 star because they were out of ketchup and sugarfree fruit punch Powerade.

Whole experience seemed pleasant up until I got ready to eat my burger. All I wanted was a Bacon Cheddar and small fry. Whoever was on the grill today, you probably was having an off day, but karma coming back to you times 10. One piece of bacon and a bunch of burnt from the grill. For all the extra charred stuff, the burger was still pink too…. Tossed it.

I don’t know if the young man at the window was just having a bad night or who knows ♀️ But the food was hot and Fresh !!! Thank You Wendy’s For My Snack !!! The regular fries were great – hot and crispy but lacking salt. The rest of my food was disgusting- that’s what you get when you use the drive thru. And there was no excuse as they were very busy. I was overcharged to begin with: I got the 2 for $6 sandwiches, garlic fries and a small regular fries. The total was $13.46 and of course they did not give me the receipt. Lettuce on the sandwiches was spoiled, tomatoes gross looking, only 1 very small piece of onion, no pickles on spicy chicken. I ordered a Dave’s single with everything but mayo and ketchup. One piece of spoiled lettuce, 1 gross tomato slice, 1 very small piece of onion, a couple of pickle slices and a half slice of cheese on an overcooked meat patty. Bun was cold and smashed. The second sandwich I ordered was the spicy chicken. I asked for everything except mayo. It had a spoiled piece of lettuce and 1sad tomato slice. Pickles were missing, bun cold. I was really hoping the garlic fries would be good and I had high hopes for them based on the smell. But when I got home they were hard, overcooked and very greasy. I will not go go back. I appreciate a drive thru who’s open late but will still make fresh food ! I got a biggie bag and was asked to pull over … my food was very fresh and worth the wait . I really appreciate that .

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I have ever eaten at. Terrible service and attitude, food is never right when ordered. I’ve eaten at this restaurant at least a handful of times, and never once was the order correct. Save yourself the time and just go to McDonald’s. Picture below is just one example of the food not being right. It was supposed to be a cheesy cheddar burger….apparently, no patty on your burger is a thing here.

WARNING ⚠️ This happened 2 weeks ago and I almost forgot to make my review on how terrible this Wendy’s is but I definitely need to warn everyone! First off let me remind you all how your not suppose to accept food or drinks back after handing them to a customer.. WELL Wendy’s messed up both my drinks by putting ice in them and not getting the flavors right and when I told them the drinks were wrong they took the lemonades back(very aggressively) and dumped them back in the big containers of lemonade. GROSS. They saw that I had drank some out of it and didn’t care. Rather save money than stay safe and healthy. Also they charged me cheese and onions for 3 bowls of chili and I received nothing. Paid for a potato I did not receive. DO NOT COME HERE. Unsanitary and unfriendly. You will waste your money. WARNING ⚠️
