Just a heads up because this was honestly disgusting and I don’t want anyone else dealing with this.
I went to the Wendy’s on Fairburn Rd and was told to pull into a parking space because fresh chicken tenders were coming out. After about 10 minutes, they brought me a kids’ meal, but the fries were cold.
I went inside to ask for fresh fries, the young employee took my fries and DUMPED THEM back into the little fry bin with the other frys
That alone was nasty, but what makes it worse is that I had already touched the fries and even taken a bite before they were dumped back in.
Once he realized I saw it happen, he didn’t know what to do. I immediately asked for a refund.
To be clear, the manager didn’t give me any trouble and refunded me without an issue, but the situation itself was unacceptable. I’m posting this to make others aware and strongly recommend not eating at this location.
Also, my throat is now sore, so if you’ve eaten here recently and are feeling sick, I’d definitely report it.
Food safety like this is not okay.

EVERYONE that worked the shift on November 21st, 2025 at 11:30am needs a pat on the back and a raise. Amazing service. Great attitudes, and the food was fresh!!! The young lady that worked the window, I don’t remember her name, but she had a cute tattoo on her neck, was bubbly and pleasant. She was engaging and enthusiastic. It really made my day!

I’m giving this restaurant five stars solely because of the employee, Barbara, who was working the grill. She went above and beyond to help me and quickly corrected my order with a great attitude. She deserves EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.
Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter—who seemed to be in some sort of management role, was clearly having a bad day and made sure everyone knew it through her attitude.
Barbara, on the other hand, completely changed my experience. Her smile, greeting, and willingness to ask how she could help made all the difference in the kind of review I decided to leave. Please make sure to keep employees like Barbara happy, she’s the reason this review is positive, and honestly, that’s not something I can often say about many Wendy’s locations.

Was missing half of my order and was told I could not be refunded unless I come to the restaurant even though it was a mobile order. I had to wait when I came, which I didn’t mind, but then I was missing my nuggets and fries. And I am just out the money because I can’t go back and pick it up and I was refused a refund. This is the last time a Wendy’s will ever see me.

Horrible service the manger had and staff had horrible attitudes. I made a mobile order came to pick it up and received an attitude when i asked why do i have to move up when its no one behind me and i ordered in advance. The black woman with Locs proceeded have a attitude for reason i wasn’t rude at all but i asked for a refund because i will never let someone who clearly hates their life and job make for or service me i don’t pay for that type of experience I’ll definitely be calling corporate. Wendy’s to Wendy’s. Eh, not the best that’s for sure. But not the worst. The dining room was clean and the cashier was friendly. The bathroom, it needed some help. Pretty messy, water everywhere and no paper towels. The coke was on the flat side. No napkins in the dining room. Both mine and my wife’s fries where more like fry bits and ends than normal length fries. They did get the order correct and fairly quick.
