Being a Realtor I stop in different restaurants daily…usually to ues the bathroom and grab something light…Stopped by today and was so happy. I was walking in and a Wendy’s employee stood up and walked over and held the door for me…Wowwwwww… ladies room was clean! Ordering my food was a delight because of the older guy taking my order was polite and treated me like a person not just a number. You could tell this is not just a job for him.
While waiting I looked around the place was VERY CLEAN. Even the glass on the doors.. ( that was a shocking for a fast food restaurant ) and their Health department score of 100 was proudly hung on the wall by the cashier..
Ya..They deserved it today!!! Kudos to the management that are there at this WENDY’S…
Cleanliness is Godliness In Fast-food line of work.. Customers have nothing to do while waiting for their order except stare at your line, floors, walls and YOU… They watch everything. You as the Team lead are cheer leaders that keep your teammates moving and motivated…Well Done on this Day!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Horrible customer service they gave us 4 biggies bags that’s were ice cold like they had them sitting for more than 30 minutes. When I called to tell them. They said there was nothing they could do. I paid for hot food not cold clfood that has been sitting for a while. They wouldn’t replace it and told us to call the manger on Monday . Horrible customer service and no help . By the time Monday comes they will tell me days has pass and there is nothing they can do since it’s been days

This was our first time in a Wendy’s in about 3 years. In my honest review the burgers were dry, and a little old. It was 11:31 so I wouldve assumed they would have been fresh for lunch. I ordered a Son Of Baconator. There were only two pieces of bacon and for just that combo alone was $10.79 for a medium. My wife and I enjoyed the customer service. As far as the fries they’re a new recipe they were great. The burger was just slightly underwhelming. All and all the experience was positive and we would return. However it could absolutely be better in my opinion.

I haven’t had the opportunity to eat at Wendys in 5 years. Today my husband and I decided to stop there for lunch. It was just as good as I remember!! They have changed their fries and my opinion they are much better. They are a bit pricer than I remember. We spent 23.63. That was for two premium combos. The cashier was very sweet. We waited only 3 minutes. Super fast service. Thank you Wendys team.

The young lady who helped us was very nice and efficient. She smiled the whole time. She worked to get our meal ready quickly. The manager was in the back working to support his staff. The employees that were cooking and working the drive thru were work I no very hard and efficiently. The restaurant was clean! Thanks guys for making my experience wonderful.
