Do not order online for pick-up if you think it will save time. I just experienced the worst service I think I ever had a Wendy’s. My wife put our order in online and I drove to pick it up. I arrived 6:25 and they marked my order complete. I know because of my Google maps time line, and they send a message to my wife’s phone on the app. They ask me to pull forward to wait so they could “complete my order”. I the sat while six car pulled up got thier order and pulled away. When they finally brought out my food they service person handed me three bags and walked away. When noticed I didn’t have my drinks and turned around it was almost 7:00. I went in the store and ask for the manager on duty and they three people behind the counter stopped laughing and joking long enough for one of the to come address my concerns. I mentioned the 25+ minute wait and ask for my drinks and the lady ask me what I had. I said I had to call my wife and she walked off. I got the drink order verified by my wife and the same lady went over to the computer to verify if my drink order. She then proceeded to give me cups to make my own drink while she made my frosting. She put one frosty on the counter. I mentioned that I still was missing one frosty and she went and made up some fries for a drive through order, not mine, the walked back over to the same computer to verify the second frosty. After giving me the second frosty without a single word she turn her back a walked off. I never got mad, raised my voice, I was polite with a smile. By the time I left it was 7:12. By the time I got home the food was cold and looked awful. We ordered three double stacks. All three had one patty on them. They were either the most incompetent night crew I have ever witnessed at a fast food place or she was trolling me. Not only will I not go back I will share this review on all my social media, to all my friends, and employees. I have uploaded a photo of my burger for reference. Pathetic.

Today I visited the Lee Road location. I was well aware of the issues through Google Reviews. I decided to go in and order my food. I ordered a Single burger and a large Chilli. The staff thought I was a Food delivery driver, I thought that was funny. While I waited Food delivery people were constantly picking up orders. Based on that observation they were focused on getting those orders prepared. The staff apologized for assuming I was a Food pickup person and took my order. I told them to take their time. My food was fresh and delicious. Now, the only issue was the patty size on my burger. I recently purchased a sandwich at the Bakers Ferry location and the patty was perfect. The Lee Road patty was small. Never buy an adult a 4, 6 or 8 dollar bag. The sandwiches are small and disrespectful. Primeium sandwiches only.

At the window after paying for my food im owed $6.43 in change. The 2 girls at the window say. “We aint got no 43 cents” in a very matter of fact way. I say “ok, what are you saying”and am informed i will only get 6$ back and not my 43 cents. I inform them if thats whats happening just to round me up at give me a dollar so its in my favor and not yours. She laughs histerically and says again ” we aint got no 43 cents”. I push the issue out of principle and she begins to laugh even more histerically with the girl next to her. They are both exhuding this -i cant be fired and am invincible energy-. I pull out of the drive through walk inside and cancel my order after having to explain that over 43cents i will have to involve law enforcement. Eventually after 10 or15min inside the manager ASHTON who seems to have no power over these women finally is able to refund me after calling his boss. They are all heavily strung out.

Date of Visit: November 9, 2025, approximately 8:25 PM
This review addresses the ongoing and unacceptable service failures experienced during the night shift at this Wendy’s location, which severely impacts efficiency and customer satisfaction. My recent visit confirms that the issues are not isolated incidents but a systemic problem rooted in unprofessionalism and a complete lack of visible management.
Upon arriving at the speaker around 8:25 PM, I started with a simple request, a 6-piece nugget with honey mustard, which the employee struggled to input. I then ordered my main item: a large Triple Burger Meal with a Mango Lemonade.
Following this, there was an abrupt silence for nearly three minutes before the employee returned, apologizing and asking me to repeat the entire order. After I repeated the order, I was then informed that Mango Lemonade was unavailable, so I substituted it for a regular Lemonade. At the payment window, the young woman attempted a joke, quoting my total as “$50” before providing the actual amount. While I dismissed the joke, it contributed to the feeling of an unprofessional and distracted environment. I paid using Apple Pay and was assured I did not need to pull up, as they were “just waiting on fries” and the food would be ready in two minutes.
Moments later, a different employee instructed me to pull around to the waiting area. This is where the service completely broke down.
I pulled up and was left waiting for 10–14 minutes. During this time, a line began to form behind me, but those cars soon started to leave, having observed the complete lack of movement in the drive thru. There was a noticeable absence of employees at both the drive-thru window and the front counter (the lobby appeared to be closed). I even observed another customer walk past the window, attempting to see what was causing the massive delay. The atmosphere suggested distraction and an unmonitored environment.
After the excessive wait, I backed up to the window. Even then, no staff member was immediately visible. When a crew member finally appeared, she asked what I was waiting for, and when I mentioned the large fry, she dismissively asked, “Just a fry?” I had to correct her and remind her I had an entire meal order. She retrieved the bag and handed it over. Before pulling away, I checked the bag and immediately discovered that the 6-piece nugget and the required honey mustard sauce were missing. I returned the bag, and a third different young woman came to the window, saying, “Sorry, I thought I brought out your food.”
This confirmed the disorganization and lack of communication among the staff or for better words carelessness.
This incident, and my previous experiences, clearly indicate a fundamental failure in management and training for the night shift crew. The excessive wait times, multiple order errors, and visible lack of professionalism are constant issues at this location, which is reflected in its current low ratings reported by others.
The current night crew needs mandatory, comprehensive retraining, or the management needs to hire a new, accountable team.
Furthermore, management must be present and actively supervising during night operations to ensure orders are handled efficiently and correctly. Until these steps are taken, customers will continue to experience unacceptable delays and poor quality service. Not to mention they do not provide you with your receipt.

I would not advise anyone to go to this restaurant at night. They have 1-2 people working late night shifts who couldn’t care less about the food they serve guests. They serve food that’s obviously timed out of freshness and simply pop it in the microwave to reheat it. The franchisee of this establishment should really take better accountability for this poor experience.
Do better.

If I can give them negative stars, that would be perfect! I placed my order thru drive thru. When I realized I received cold fries and nuggets, I returned to the restaurant. As I entered the restaurant, an employee was walking out to take someone there order. I proceeded to the register and waited for someone to help me. The employee returned from outside and asked how can she help me. I then requested for fresh and hot fries and nuggets, she then proceeded to walk over to the fries and nuggets, she put her hands on top of my fries and nuggets as she was putting them in the bag. She tried to hand it to me and I immediately asked for my refund because Ma’am….. NOT ONLY DID YOU NOT WASH YOUR HANDS, YOU DONT EVEN HAVE ON GLOVES! As I waited 5 minutes to receive my refund, I watched her CONTINUE putting fries and nuggets in customers bags with her hands on top of them, and never washed her hands after I called her out. JUST NASTY!!! Definitely WILL NOT RETURN….

I had already counted this location out for breakfast, BUT since the line at McDonald’s had more cars, I decided to just swing here since it was ONE car at the window and no one else in line. I honestly get people’s mornings getting off to a late start because I was also behind on getting out to work. Which is why I literally had tears because I literally waited 15+ minutes for just TWO biscuits (which I was told it was 5 minutes) If the person would have stated that from the beginning, I could have made a decision on whether or not I wanted to wait. The car in front of me was waiting and got their food after a few minutes and when the person finally came out again, they tell me that my order is coming up and hand the bag to the only car behind me. I ended up going in to get a refund which pissed me off. If I was going to wait that long I at least would’ve went where I initially wanted an egg and cheese bagel. Never again. I’ll just wake up earlier and cook breakfast at home.

At 12:56pm TODAY my partner and I ordered food from this location for mobile pickup. After receiving the order and checking it we saw that one of the sandwiches was incorrect(mine). Decided to try and eat it since I paid for it and come to find out only a bite into the sandwich that there was hair in it. And it was literally cold. Kind of wild how this location also doesn’t give receipts, I wonder why. If you’re not going to care about your job or the food that you’re serving to other people than just don’t show up. Work somewhere that you give a damn about. Just a thought.

Placed a mobile order at 12:40, came through the drive-thru at 12:45, and was told that I could not order. I apologized and said I had a mobile order, only to be met with attitude as the woman on the speaker let out an exhaggerated sigh and told me to pull around. As they were handing me my food I apologized again, only to hear “mhm” from the woman giving me a disrespectful look. They handed me the drinks as my girlfriend in the passenger seat looked in the bag and pointed out that they hadnt given me the sauce in the order, I turned and asked the lady if I could have my sauce, only to have the window slammed in my face mid-sentence, and then left to be completely ignored until I decided to just let it go and leave. Normally Im a very understanding person, and working nightshift in retail myself, I can understand frustrations around customers coming in 15-20 minutes before close. However, I have personally never used that as an excuse to be utterly rude and disrespectful to people like these women. I feel as though I shouldnt even eat the food they handed me.
