Extremely rude service. I was rushed while placing my order, the order was not done right and the girl never gave me the receipt. When she opened the window she did not greet us but looked as if she was bothered that we were there. When I went back to the window to ask her to correct the order she had the receipt and told me thats not what I was charged for. She never attempted to fix it, no apology, no greeting and no thank you. There needs to be some training on customer service and manners. Terrible experience I will not return and will not recommend it to anyone.

I will not eat here ever again. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Finally placed my order and they couldn’t make change. Got home to eat a stale bun hamburger with cardboard bacon. Not much put into the service matches the crappie food. Wish I had my money back.

Service has improved at this location. The food has gotten much better. Alot of these reviews seem frivolous or outdated. Went with my wife and Kids and had a great visit with the food hot as can be expected from fast food. It is not fine dining.

The teenagers at the drive thru are hateful and spiteful. Don’t ask for anything to NOT be on your burger because that’s absurd and they can’t follow simple instructions. God forbid you don’t want onion, they’ll put ALL THE ONIONS on it. Like why? Why is it so hard to NOT put something on a burger. Especially when you’re not busy at all. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next exit.

The customer service was poor. Apparently the person who took our order was unsure of the size we wanted. Instead of asking for clarification, he decided to super size both mine and my husband’s order (also gave me a double burger instead of a single). The food was fine, typical Wendy’s fare. Counter staff definitely needs additional training.
