DO NOT EAT HERE.
The food at this location is not fresh. Nothing is made fresh daily. Items like cheese, salads, chili, and burger buns are frequently stored improperly, violating basic food safety standards.
Store manager Tokee and district manager Donna are fully aware of these ongoing issues but continue to ignore them. There is a complete disregard for food safety and customer health. You’re basically being served leftovers from previous days.
The kitchen is filthy. Machines are not cleaned regularly, and the oil in the fryers is never changed. Food is being cooked in burnt, dirty oil, which is both disgusting and dangerous.
To make matters worse, Calhoun Management, which oversees this location, already had one of their stores in Acworth shut down for unsanitary conditions. This is clearly a pattern of neglect, not a one-time issue.
This place is gross and unsafe. Avoid eating here at all costs. It needs to be inspected and held accountable.

If I could break off a small corner of 1 of the stars I would. I was only one in drive thru and they couldn’t handle 1 small order. Of course I didn’t check the bag so when I got all the way home I see they forgot a burger and a sauce that they charged me 50 cents for. Do owners of fast food restaurants hide in caves and not bother themselves with their businesses? Cobb County is like the trailer park for fast food.

I’ve been to this location now three times, and my order is always prompt and fresh. The employees have been friendly. Nowadays, you’re lucky to get one word from an employee when going through the drive-thru. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, but not a fan of the grilled chicken, so I asked to swap it for the spicy chicken filled (my favorite), and they did. I’ve asked for this at multiple locations before, but it’s always been a no. It’s a decent size as well. It comes with lettuce, shredded cheese, and a ranch. It’s simple but delicious.I also ordered a small fry, which was hot and crispy, paired with some ghost pepper ranch, honey mustard, and bbq. 8$ lunch.

This place is a joke. I have called corporate a couple of times about the way this store is run. Orders are consistently wrong, no crackers or spoon for chili, cashier can’t count money, burgers swimming in mayo and rude employees. It is clear the general Manager and management staff have no clue how to run a restaurant or simply don’t care. Sub standard at best. I would give no stars if that was an option…..

I’m giving one star because you have to select something. There were cars in the drive thru. We parked and went to the door. They were locked with no signage as to why the dining room would be closed. So we left. There were employees inside. It was during open hours. ♀️

Little to no professionalism in the workplace or customer service. The food had been visibly contaminated by flies for 1-2 minutes. Employees were not seen cleaning in the time I was there while there was no line. The employees were seen on their phones the entire time in front of customers unless serving was mandatory. I would not suggest eating at this facility – the food quality is not healthy, and cleanliness was not a priority. Hope this helps others in the future!

Maybe if they weren’t laughing and giggling so much, I might have gotten my order correct. No mayo was asked and I got home and it looks liked they put extra mayo. Check your food before you leave. My bad experience was 12.11.25 at 7:15PM.

Needed something quick to eat. They had a line at the drive through but didn’t wait to long. Ordered our food, we wanted a vanilla frosty but they didn’t have it so we decided to try the pumpkin spice frosty and it was good.

I use rhe app and go through rhe drive through. I need my patties to have NO SALT. The college age crew is very attentive to that at the loud speaker. The app does Not have an option to NOT add salt to the patties. I go buy, purchase a Dave’s Single with Extra Onions, Extra Pickles, Extra Tomatoes. These guys and gals are Great at building my burger. Wendy’s hurt themselves with those cut, the deep fried potatoes. They hurt themselves by Not having a dedicated fryer for Gluten Free Items. Culvers, Freddy’s, Chick Fil A are the only chains with Dedicated Fryers. Culvers has The Only REAL Crinkle Frensh Fries. I get my burger, go next door to Chick Fil A, order a Large Waffle Fries with No Salt, Unsweetened Tea, get out my small bottle of liquid Stevia, and have a Great meal.

Bathroom and dining area filthy. Too busy on their phones and taking breaks smoking cigarettes. Wrap was good but missing part of the actual wrap.
