I ordered on uber eats at 9:50pm and me and my mom get a call and the employees were yelling at my mom and being completely disrespectful through the drivers phone, they asked if we want a different flavor frosty instead of the chocolate I ordered , my mom responded and asked if we could get vanilla instead, then they say “no we close in 30 mins we don’t have any of that” , it’s completely ridiculous that they shut off the machines a hour before they close, it’s not the first time I’ve had this happen.
They need a whole new management team and a attitude check!
If your open till a certain time you should be able to make everything on the menu, maybe if it was 10 minutes before, but it was a whole hour.
I work in the food industry and we don’t put away product before closing or turn off our machines or ovens
This is ridiculous
And to make it worse I have to deal with uber support to get a refund because i guess they are to busy turning off all the machines, to give any type of good customer service, they could call uber support

Walked in here to a clean floor and tables. There was one customer, and he got his order rather quickly. I ordered my food and less than 4 minutes ago it was ready. The staff all seem to get along. The drive thru from what I saw was running smoothly. The food was as good as any other fast food restaurant. My form of paying was sliding my card in. The touch pad wasn’t working, which wasn’t a big deal for me.

9:30 am… I go through the drive thru for a quick drink and a Cinnabon pull apart.
I order a Coke Zero and a Cinnabon.
I get to the window, the lady hands me my drink…. I put my straw in and take a big gulp of something really gross (does NOT taste at all like Coke Zero) …I said Ma’am, this is really gross…she said “yeah I know…. Our drink machine is bad”….. I said, why didn’t you tell me this? She laughed, and asked what else I wanted.
AND THE CINNABON…. Came out looking like an off brand cinnamon roll. Smh.

I ate here and got lucky no getting sick and food was hot. But drik machine barely worked and bathrooms where gross. I stopped while driving I wish I would have read reviews I would have never stopped. I feel extremely lucky.

Yet another failure of an establishment for an already declining Wendy’s. Ordered a chocolate frosty. CHOCOLATE. Indian lady gave me strawberry. I requested again: chocolate. She gave me caramel. Had to get the manager, and then they absolutely curb stomped my adult order and gave me a kids meal. While this incident occurred in Jan 2026, I’ve had issues with this Wendy’s dating back to Feb 2024.
Close this place and replace it worth something worthwhile.

Listen, I understand that it’s Christmas Eve but if you don’t want to work, don’t work and go level up your skills to go work somewhere else because the dryness and lack of customer service at this location is appalling. Not only did they get my mobile order wrong by shorting me a burger, when I asked for them to correct it and make the burger that was missing, they made the burger wrong, almost flagrantly I didn’t check before making it home because why would you mess up and add something that me and the cashier both just verbally told you not to and got acknowledgement on? Then I make it home 2 minutes away only to realize that they gave me old fries but not just old, also cold. They didn’t even re-dip them to try to make it seem like they were warm. Everyone’s food tasted like it was from this morning and it was only 5:45pm so nowhere near closing for the night. I will gladly drive an extra 5 minutes to the Wendy’s on Cherokee Street because this location seems like they got a chip on their shoulder for doing their job and I will refuse to ever patronize this location again

First, I don’t know ANYWHERE ELSE that charges customers $0.50 per sauce.. That is clearly a new rule and ridiculous!! When I clarified that no sauce was free, the woman on the speaker quickly replied “YUP!”. Zero care or consideration on a $30+ order. You will nickel and dime people into never returning.
Second, the staff is always rude. Never a “Hi How Are You” or “Have A Good One”. Nothing. Just silent stares and unfriendly faces sticking out a hand for payment. When will corporate send someone to train staff?
YOU ARE GUARUNTEED NOTHING EXCEPT MEDIOCRE (at best) SERVICE at this Wendy’s location! Maybe the Chick-fil-A being built directly next to you will put some pressure on your management and your workers who clearly hate their jobs and hate working with the public.

Went through the drive thru tonight got chili and got home = plenty of crackers,napkins and proper spoon all without asking. My orders are always right here – food is hot/proper and people are always polite

I ordered delivery from them on Baker road they didn’t put all my food in the bag they got the whole order wrong it’s not grubhub’s fault it’s Wendy’s fault because they took the order they made the order and they handed the man the order now it’s not his job to look in it and see if everything’s in there when they’ve already got it tape clothes so I mean y’all suck at the Baker road I’ll never order from y’all again
