I went through the drive thru today on my lunch break. I was extremely happy to hear the new manager’s voice on the speaker. I voiced a minor concern at the speaker. I am happy to say that by the time that I arrived at the window, the manager (Chay) had resolved the issue. His exact words were that he wants to keep his customers happy so that they keep coming back! ( Hallelujah) Finally a manager that gives a damn about his job and is willing and able to provide excellent customer service. A big shout out to Chay for making a difference. I also notice that the food was fresher than normal. Hot fries!!! I have faith that Chay is going to continue to make a positive impact on this Wendy’s location. I feel like his positive attitude will trickle down to all of the employees and will improve morale! Shout out to Chay!

So this place is a big hit or miss. The drive through is ALWAYS backed up. Sometimes their card machine system is down and they only accept cash. Sometimes I have to pull over and wait for my order. I learned to stop going thru the drive thru and to just park up and go inside the place is a ghost town. On the upside the ambiance is nice inside and cozy. The place looks very clean and smelled not like food but a good kinda sanitizer smell. Over all hit or miss in terms of the drive thru wait.

This location is never busy. Came here to grab a quick bite but for some reason my cash app card isn’t working neither is the app. Kinda annoying since it’s been an ongoing issue for the past three years. But the restaurant itself is great. Love my fast food. Pretzel Bacon pub was one of their best item on the list.

I can’t begin to describe how disappointed I was with this “Son of Baconator” burger. Less than a strip of bacon and the patties are smaller than the bun.

This is the WORST I have EVER experienced at this Wendy’s! We had to drive around 3X bc the manager told us there was only 2 orders per car. We had to wait for cold food!!! They pineapple mango drink tastes like it’s gone bad. I wasted my money. Consider hiring more ppl to have the business run smoother.

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Wait was terrible, and it wasn’t because of too many people for the staffing. There were two families ahead of me and it took like 15-20 minutes before I was up. There were employees standing around idle so it isn’t understaffed. They didn’t even ask if we wanted to eat in so we carried our to go bags to a table to eat. No tray to help carry ketchup and drinks. Staff seemed like their dogs had just died or something. Fries were cold and mushy. Burgers were even not typical of Wendy’s somehow. Dining room was filthy. Will try for a photo…. Will not stop at this one again. It’s not my home one but in this area I’m visiting there are other places to eat.

Very Clean, Staff friendly, Modern look, Had places to charge your phone, fountain drinks didn’t need ice bc it came out cold like a refrigerator. Only reason not 5 stars is price.
