Do NOT eat from here. I ordered a burger through drive thru it was cold and the meat looked old. I went inside to have it replaced the inside It wreaked the smell of urine! and it was FILTHY was being prepared. The fryers where the nuggets and fries are cooked was FILTHY the grease build up on the fryers was AWFUL! The floors were FILTHY especially where the food was being prepared. The counter on the inside when ordering food was DIRTY it had dried up soda and dirt on the counter. Customer Service was AWFUL! The Manager displayed HORRIBLE Customer Service as well. Needless to say I did NOT eat the food after going inside to return it. I almost puked!!!

All the fast food in the area is bad, but it was late and I hadn’t eaten. I knew better…the food was terrible, but at least they were nice whilst giving me nasty food! I’ve never done a review for a fast food spot, because nobody reads reviews on the chain drive-thru spots, and we don’t expect much unless it’s one of the overpriced chicken strips spots…BUT, that’s how bad it was! ♂️ I had to Google the location and type something! #eeeyuck

I really wanted this location to decent since I work next to it. But man these people just do not care at all. You can stand at that counter all day and no one will even acknowledge you with “just a minute!” , they’ll just avoid eye contact. Standing there waiting gives you plenty of time to notice all the flies though. This place is COVERED in flies. Just gross and lazy.

I come here a lot, before work & order chicken nuggets combo. On this particular day they served me burnt nuggets & fries cook in old grease. When I went back in, employees and managers just walking pass the counter not acknowledging me. So I open up the bag & laid it on the counter & ask why would you serve me this? Employee & managers gathered around to see but neither of the managers spoke a word, 1 just stood there looking & the other just kept talking to other employees & being negative. That was my last time eating at any Wendy’s. This Wendy’s location needs new managers & new employees

Manager on Duty: Zaria
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The manager on duty, Zaria, had an extremely poor attitude from start to finish (from the call box to the pick-up window). We sat at the drive-thru pick-up window for about five minutes with NO communication or acknowledgment—she simply handed us our drink, and locked the window and said nothing. No, “waiting on your food, maybe about 5 more minutes. I apologize for the delay.” Nothing. When she finally handed us the food, she didn’t say a single word, not even a greeting or thank you.
When I asked for a receipt, she said, “Sometimes it works and sometimes it don’t,” and told me no receipt was available. That alone was unprofessional, but her tone and overall attitude made the entire interaction feel hostile and dismissive. She later confirmed she was the manager and had “just started working there,” (Rockbridge location) which was surprising considering how unprofessional she acted.
While wearing her headset, she even snapped at a coworker, saying “Do not call me by my middle name.” It was uncomfortable to witness and made it clear she wasn’t focused on providing good service.
Zaria’s demeanor was rude, careless, and far from what you’d expect from someone in a “management” position. It felt like she didn’t even want to be there. Definitely not manager material, and I left completely disappointed. Wendy’s should really address this kind of behavior—it reflects terribly on the brand.

Y’all think this is acceptable? …. Pretty sure none of you would eat this, so why throw it in a bag for your customers?! Ever since the new manager took over, the service has gone downhill. The lines are always ridiculously long, and the quality of the food is trash.

If there was ever a restaurant that deserves to fail its this one. Ordered a number 1, they took my money and asked me to pull forward, sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes before they brought my 1 cheeseburger and medium fry out. 15 minutes? I could have gone to a sit down restaurant. Lady that took my order had a shitty attitude, didnt repeat my order back to me, didnt give me a receipt, and they made my burger not the way I ordered it. Everyone associated with this restaurant deserves to be unemployed

I mean for the time it took them to get one order out I could have sat at a restaurant order a drink and an appetizer! I witnessed employees just standing around talking another one tending to ketchup packets instead of customers. The sense of urgency was literally non existent! I’ll be driving an extra 10mind out of the way to avoid this place

Stopped to grab a late meal….should’ve eaten at home!! I wouldn’t even feed these to my dogs. Had to bring them back…..then he’s had the nerves to ask me if I had a receipt….knowing good and well they knew those nuggets were disgusting looking.
