the burgers were not good and ordered two double cheese burgers and got only one doble. the fries were over cooked very hard .very disappointed. all this was drive through so we didn’t check till we were home .

Day of service- (Dec 19th 2025 at 7pm) Service was excellent very patient and friendly, front attendant made great suggestions and was courteous.
Lobby was Clean and well arranged, trash was emptied and the drink station was wiped down.
Food was fresh and hot.
Parking and drive through has a weird configuration and the location of the restaurant is in an awkward corner but manageable if you are patient.

I did an afternoon visit . Got food home and I live close by. The burger meat was lukewarm and tasteless not usually what you get from Wendy’s. I had to look at meat and it was thin and pale. And my stomach is hurting and gave to kids so great. My analogy is they were being super lazy and giving food that has been under a warmer or sitting around to long. Swore of this Wendy’s a while ago and came back. I think it’s final now. Will drive farther to other places. Spent 30 dollars on horrible food just because people don’t want to work harder and cook frah

Ryan is the manager at the store. Has a very nasty attitude for no reason. Complained about given fresh food for the old. And then gave my family raw chicken nuggets. No goor customer service at all. His employe had to give the us some good nuggets. The store is nasty and not clean.

Great customer service from the manager on duty that night. Took my daughter. niece and neighbor kid late friday before closing and the kids ordered their own meals the $5biggie bag and I got the pecan salad and even though they got one sandwich wrong(, they made a burger instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger) they fixed it quick and the kids were appreciative. Happy kids, happy life.

I went thru at Wendys on Macland rd. Marietta,GA For the 1st time at 1042am and ordered the. 4- four and the frys were cold and the nuggets and the double stack it was like it was good left over from last night ! Which everything should been fresh and hot since they just started lunch.
