3 stars because my burger was delicious but the teenager at the window made the service unnecessarily difficult. I placed an online order for pickup around 2:35 on 11/08. When I got to the window, the young man asked the name on the order and said I must have gone to the wrong restaurant. This was all before even looking at my phone to confirm the address. I told him I was at the correct restaurant & even read the address out to him. He closed the window while I was talking and then came back with my order. No apology, no explanation, just an attitude. Like I was inconveniencing him After his rude and insensitive behavior, I checked my bags to make sure the order was correct. He came back to the window and asked me to pull up to the white line. Keep in mind, no cars were behind me. I’m not sure why people like this young man act like they were forced to take these jobs. There are many people jobless who are praying to be in his position and he couldn’t even give a simple apology. Thankfully, the manager apologized on his behalf but it still made this location and Wendy’s as a whole look bad. If you’re doing an online order at this location, it might be best to pick it up in the lobby.

I put in a large order of chicken nuggets, 24 of them +4 chicken strips. They would only give me five sauces and told me that they had to charge me more even though the menu states differently. The manager that works evenings, especially the evening of January 18 is terrible.

Good customer service. Clean. The staff seem to get along well. Dine in or take out. It is preferred that delivery services go inside to pickup. Drive through available. Known for their burgers and fries. This location offer breakfast. As for delivery services picking up breakfast here is a hit or miss ( if you go through the drive through they may not respond to breakfast orders for delivery services)

I have given this place COUNTLESS chances. But today was the last straw when they handed my order to someone else. They did not ask what she ordered but read off the 1st order they saw which the customer said it was theirs. This could have been written off as a mistake if it was slammed busy. However, From what I observed it was just the two of us waiting on food if not three.
While this is not fully the restaurants fault there should be procedures in place to prevent this from happening.
All that was offered in place of my time of 20+ minutes waiting was a cookie.

I love Wendy’s, when the people working there care about their job and the food they send out. This particular location is unacceptable. They don’t get orders right, they put way too much mayonnaise on a burger, so much that it had to be intentional. I ordered a small chilli and the cup was only half way filled. The nuggets were hard and old. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and the bread for that and the burger was falling apart and stale. I wasted my time and money. Thanks!!!!!

Food is never fresh or even hot. Food is rarely correct. Simple request as no tomato is ignored. Items often forgotten (nuggets or fries). Make sure you check your food before leaving! Employees are rude and seem annoyed when you let them know something was forgotten on order. I’ve gone here several times at different times of day – it’s always a miss which is sad because I love Wendy’s.

The lady at the window was very nice but the cool just couldn’t get it right today. Maybe they’re new. I ordered the maple bacon croissant. At first I was given a honey butter biscuit. Then after I noticed I waited in the drive thru again to only be given a chicken croissant with no bacon and almost no sauce. I was already late for work because of the ordeal so I just said whatever 🙁
