Nuggets were cold and hard as rocks. Like they found they laying behind the fryer. Fries cold. Junior bacon cheeseburger cold. Stale buns. Made a point to up-charge me 70¢ for a second sauce and didn’t have the sauce in the bag had to pull back through for it. Worst Wendy’s in America. Would give it a 0 if I could.

Just have no words. This is my first time in Wendy’s because they said there are fast…They took so long for just fries and a chicken nuggets… and I order two drinks and they did not give me straws and when I wanted to go inside the doors were locked.

Be careful when you order here at the kiosk. I order 4 times and I only get 3 order. I went to the manager and ask her where is my other order she said she never get it. I show my transaction but she said is pending. So I went home frustrating and wait until my bank show me a clear transaction. I’m going to add a pic to my 4 clear orders. Unfortunately when you order at the kiosk at Wendy’s the machine don’t give you a receipt. I already mail customer service because is not only the manager rejected give me my order her attitude was very ugly and NOT kind. This incident happened on March 18 around 5:30 pm in this location.

Actually surprised at the quality of the chicken wrap. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Fries were fresh and crispy.

Not sure what’s going on here but it’s certainly doesn’t live up to any Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
The touch screen ordering system did not work.
Went to the counter a pleasant young man took my order.
He also went back and prepared my food. One employee was outside talking on her cell phone and another asleep the front dining room.
The manager chastised the young lady for being on her phone. She never took it off speaker and went to the counter to take the next person’s order and just told them to hold on while she took an order.
The burger wasn’t fresh. The heel was hard as a rock. The fries were barely warm. The soda didn’t taste right so I went back to the machine and half of the selections were offline. Not sure what’s going on here but I won’t return.

Person taking drive thru orders named Jayla – HORRIBLE customer service. Wendy’s – check your cameras and train your staff better. I’m just ordering food for my kids on this beautiful Sunday and in such a happy mood and have no idea why you felt the need to be so RUDE and disrespectful. Stopped by this location on my way home tonight and went through the drive thru. This was my first time eating at this location. The drive thru was real quick! The employee who took my order was very welcoming, clear and friendly. I ordered a small chocolate frosty and a small fries. Both were very delicious. The fries were not over salted which was great, just the right amount. best part, they were hot and fresh just as I would have expected. Keep up the excellent work you guys! I’ll definitely be back again soon

I try to avoid giving negative reviews as I feel that all places can have bad days, but every single time I come to this site I’m left disappointed.
Visited the drive through on Saturday afternoon, no queue but still had to wait for an age to be served. Waited at the payment window without a person in sight only then to be waved on to the collection window. OK fine, that happens the server managed then carried out the entire transaction without uttering a word. I was in the middle of asking if ketchup and mayo was in the bag when the window was firmly shut. Unsurprisingly the order was light two kids fries and drinks.
Never again, trust me and spend your money elsewhere.

I normally come to this Wendy’s and today was my last time. The fries are always cold and i always have to have someone remake them for me. And the service isn’t always the best. There’s a girl in there that had braids and a bonnet on in the drive through that was very rude. They gave me a Dave’s single burger with the bun that was still frozen in the center. Literally my burger felt cold. I called up there to let them know and I already drove off being 15 min away. When i called, the same young lady answered the phone with an attitude. When i asked for the manager, she kept saying “yes i am” and yelled it over the phone. I asked if she was the manager acting like this on the phone with a customer. She then put the actual store manager on the phone. Why would you answer the phone lying about who you are and then start yelling saying that you are the manager? This is unacceptable. I’m never coming back to this location and I’m beyond disappointed in the staff and management. Treat people better.
