This Wendys always has great food and service but they need to loosen up on the ketchup. I don’t want to call them stingy but its ridiculous to have to beg for or have to turn around and drive back for five ketchup packets. It often doesn’t even end up in the bag when I ask for it at the drive through. A very solid Wendys but I hope someone takes note of the ketchup issue. I will still be getting food from them regardless.

Came tonight and had a pretty rough experience. The person taking our order was very friendly but besides that everything was very underwhelming. After waiting for “fresh fries” we were served a tray of undercooked and some completely raw fries. The staff was also clearly disorganized. Hoping things improve.

The Managar Sarah was so rude they have continued to mess up our order , over and over we have been patient but tonight was such a bad experience with the manager. We ordered a baconator with lettuve and tomatoe ONLY , we got 3 strips of bacon, pickles and Onions, I can Not eat onions at all stomach issues, we make sure to say No Onions or ONLY lettuce and tomatoe , the worst was how rude this manager was more or less calling my husband a liar even took a picture

Eventhough my order was wrong, ordered buffalo nuggets but got bbq nuggets, it was still hot and delicious. The guy who gave me my order was super, he didn’t put it together – as we spoke another person placed the togo bag on the counter, but he was overly nice giving napkins, extra Ranch, etc… Food was great and so was the service.

Ordered a burger and large fries—and found a used bandaid in my fries. We went to address it and get a refund, and the manager Sara was extremely confrontational and rude. She refused to give us her boss’s name. Avoid this place at all cost—this is a biohazard.
