I’ve been going to Wendy’s since my first job after highschool this location is not it. I’ve been previously no problem so I returned. I have not left a review so part of me returning also for the food. I got a $6.00 biggie bag which includes a double stack, nuggets, fries and a drink and a sauce. I asked for bbq sauce and received sweet chili and I asked for no onions on my sandwich and received them my drink was supposed to be sweet tea and I received a tangerine lemonade smh what the hellie? The guy said that the lady told him that. I also got a double combo with a Coca Cola can’t go wrong with that..I didn’t have anything for breakfast so I got this order. They seem to not be able to get a simple order correct idk what’s going on here. I’m good I will not return here even though it’s close. I will just continue to go to the Lawrenceville Hwy location no problem no headache.

Latesse is an amazing manager. I came in there Tuesday night and had a crazy experience. I ordered my normal five junior bacon Cheeseburger bags. They asked me to pull down to help with their drive-through so it doesn’t get messed up waiting on my five bags. So I pull down no problem. I love this Wendy’s location. They handed me a bag at about a five minute wait and they told me all of it was in one bag. Well, we recently bought a house in this neighborhood Once I get home and I start unloading the food, I only have three junior bacon cheeseburger bags. Highly upset because I was tired I had just got off work. Me and my husband did not enjoy a junior bacon cheeseburger bag that night. calling the manager They asked me to come back up there. I Didn’t return because I was tired. But the manager did tell me she put my name down in a book and that I could just return on another day. Well, that’s what I did. I came in today, Thursday, October 9 Letesse made sure I was taken care of and got fresh food. Her energy is great. She’s very positive and I will be returning.

Very chaotic with only 4 guest. I was asked to pull forward with 2 cars already in front of me. Im the third guest. Obviously they were “busy” if i had my coffee while i waited i would have been fine but no. i never would have paid if i knew only a chicken sandwich and a SMALL coffee would take 10 mins. In addition, i asked for a small coffee 3 creams & 2 sugars. For my hour long commute i had no sugar & 2 creams for my medium coffee. Thanks Wendys for all your help.

This is the worst wendys ever my wife and I have been here many of times and the bathrooms are horrible not stocked up on toilet paper or cleaned properly poor customer service some employees discriminate against my wife who is white and wear Muslim clothing they are extremely rude and the young female manager there can’t run the store they just sit in the back yell at each other where customers can hear and don’t stock up on food and things just extremely racist against white people and Muslim people not right. I’m very ashamed of this place and I hope that corporate or the heads of this Wendy’s does something about this also there customers that wait 30 min for their food we was one of them. There alot of stuff that needs to be done to make this wendys a safe and nice environment for customers and children.

Inexperienced lady at the window didn’t know how to ring up food had an attitude. Get people at the drive-thru and in the store who want to work. Don’t have attitudes with customers who are spending their hard-earned money. I took my behind somewhere else and I will continue to do that.

The employees were rude. After we have placed drive thorough order, they said they didn’t have fries then they said they didn’t have lettuce and they were not ready to compensate the fries with anything and then they said that milkshakes were not available.

The food was trash. Burgers sucked, like it smelled so bad. The water tasted horrible, sweet tea wasn’t sweet. Food wasn’t fresh at all. Everything was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. Spent 23 dollars on this when I could’ve went somewhere else to get fresh food and cheaper. Like, what is this? Refund, please.
