I had one of the worst fast-food experiences at this Wendy’s location. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I stood at the counter for over three minutes while all the employees chatted among themselves in Spanish, completely ignoring the customers waiting to order.
When I finally got someone’s attention to ask about using a promotion code sent directly by Wendy’s, the store manager responded rudely, saying, “We have issues with these offers,” and then turned her back on me mid-conversation to place another order. I was stunned by the disrespect and arrogance.
I asked another employee for clarification, but they were equally unhelpful and claimed the issue was with Wendy’s app, not the store. The overall attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable — especially from management. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it until major improvements are made in staff training and professionalism.

I ORDERED CHILI no utensils, am I suppose to eat with hands. I also ordered a Dave’s single and fry without salt.
The bag was ripping apart and the person laughed when I shared the fries had salt and when he gave me the new fries. My bag was extremely grease and you can tell, they actually don’t care.
By the score I see why. NEVER will go here, you think because its close to Alpharetta there will be some class but nothing of that nature.

Corporate really needs to look at reviews.

The employee at the Drive-thru window was singing and playing through the microphone while I was trying to order. Then when I asked him could he stop & just take my order, he got upset. Then says “Lady what are you talking about? I’m trying to take money too”. And the manager chimes in & says “Take it Easy ma’am” Just unacceptable all around! And if me or my child gets sick because they did something to our food, you will be sued. Do Better.
