My 168th Wendy’s review! Mrs. K. enjoyed her baked potato. I enjoyed my burgers which were assembled properly and the nuggets were closer to warm than cold, so all that’s good.
The restaurant falls down on cleanliness with a couple of dirty tables and some trash on the floor. Nothing a good sweeping wouldn’t fix. The trash cans were not overflowing.
Major problems. The ice dispenser was out of ice. And the water dispenser tasted and smelled of bleach. Ick.

I usually go through the drive through and the person who takes my order is usually friendly and my order is always correct. But the cashier at the window doesn’t ever speak and she seems pissed off that she has to be there. She just holds out her hand for the payment and then hands you the food without even saying a word. I know it’s hard to find good help, but can the manager ask employees l to be friendly, just a little bit?

This is the 6th time in a row my food is cold and old. This is ridiculous. And on top of being old and cold, my order is wrong.
I used to work in the food business. I know what it takes. And if the employees can’t even do a simple job with pride, there is no hope for them.
I work hard for my money. And I am a repeat customer. I expect my food to atleast be edible.

I ordered on the app and came through the drivethrough. It was moderately busy with 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the young man at the window was on his phone scrolling and clicking while the bag with my order was right behind him. There were 2 other employees at the window and no one said a thing about the fact that there was no greeting or thank you. The phone never left his hand even though there were 3 or 4 cars behind me. Not impressed.

I did take my granddaughter there on her way to school,the last trip,my card got missing and was double charged,asking how my card got missing, in a hurry ,eye surgery that same morning,only place the card was used,..never found but given 2 free food cards and a free breakfast for my granddaughter ,just b more mindful of things unlike I did.

Everything was cold like its been sitting in the fridge. The cheese on the Burgers wasn’t even melted. Fries and nuggets where even cold. What is this place servings leftovers in the fridge. These fast food places are getting worse and they think they deserve more money. If corporate knows better they will step in and stop this shit. But we know that wont happen.

I’ve definitely had better experiences at Wendy’s. I went at 1am, ordered my food from the drive thru, then waited TWENTY minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. I was the only customer. I heard the guy in the back say they were waiting on chicken so I expected that when they told me to pull up. After getting my food, the fries were HARD and HOT, like they were old and dropped in the fryer to “freshen them up”. Not what I expected. Disappointed.
