Came at 945pm. Waited 10 minutes to order in the drive through. Ordered 2 Dave’s triple combos large. Got 2 single burgers, regular size fries that were cold and are large drinks were even filled up. Waited another 10 minutes for my food. Worker told me there was ketchup in the bag. I got 3. Tried to order a frosty and they said the only kind they had was plain vanilla. Disappointment all around.

This is what I received as a sausage,egg,and cheese crossaint. THERE WAS MAYONNAISE and NO CHEESE!! It took them 20 mins to bring 3 of these raggedy sandwiches out along with cold sides and drinks. Also, they had no cream or sugar with the order. When going back in they said they did not have cream and on top of this they said they could not use THEIR OWN APP. Please close this location if you are not serious about running an establishment.

The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Seriously!
Ordered my food and the cashier was unprofessional and didn’t give me a receipt. My fries looked like they had been refried and my sandwich…don’t even want to talk about the sandwich. The chicken part of the sandwich was burnt and looked old. Mind you this is the peak of lunch time that I was at this particular Wendy’s.
I take my food back and asked for the manager so I could get a refund. She told me I couldn’t get my money back but offered to make me a fresh sandwich. I didn’t want anymore of their awful food. I just wanted my money back. So I didn’t argue and agreed to get a fresh sandwich. BIG MISTAKE!!! The sandwich was not fresh and the lettuce was withered on the sandwich. And then she had the nerves to say she gave me a fresh batch of fries. Where was the ‘fresh’?
They looked just like the first order of fries I had…stale, burnt, and limped!!!!
I should of checked my food both times before I left the restaurant. Lesson well learned. Highly disappointed!!!

I’m not sure what has happened at this location in the past year, but it’s a 50/50 chance the order will correct and an even less chance that the order will be fresh. I’ve received room temperature fries and cold burgers, MORE THAN ONCE in the past couple of months. I tried to let time pass, to see if things would improve, but I remain sorely disappointed. Just yesterday, I ordered the ‘Son of a Baconator’ – the sandwich was cold and it had three SMALL pieces of bacon. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL! It wasn’t always this bad.

I went thru the drive thru which wasn’t bad about 5 minutes or so because it was lunch. The employee was very nice and courteous. The problem was with my fries being stale. You could tell they cooked a big batch earlier to serve during peak time.

Waited for exactly 32 minutes in the drive through after peek lunch time, not the first time – it’s every single time we’ve gone in the last few months. Food was cold as well. The way some of the employees talk to each other says stress- which is what fast food can be but I promise it’s easier to take care of your costumers if you work together

Waited 5 minutes to order, then waited 20 more minutes for my food for 3 people. The person in front of me said they were waiting 10 minutes before they ordered. No joke, the fries were not even fried! They just put a rectangle block of fries in the heater, let them sit there for a minute and then broke them up and put salt, then set them off to the side to wait for the rest of the food! They were gross and I didn’t even eat them. The baconator and chicken sandwich buns were stale. The bacon and burger were dry like they were possibly just cooked in the heaters too. The lemonade was the only good thing. The man next to me was angry and said he’s not coming back and this was all due to the new management. I’m not certain when the new management came but it wasn’t this bad last time I was there. I rarely leave reviews but this was gross and a total waste of money and time.

I came through drive thru around 10:15pm on 1/1/2026 and I just want y’all to know who ever was on your headset was very rude. So rude to the point I didn’t even bother to order. I drove up the window and you had 3 workers 2 males n the lady on the headset. I let her know I was going to file a complaint she told me have a Happy New Year!!! Everybody leaning up against the counters like it’s sad to see fast food go down bc of lack of customer service.

Never had the chance to order!!! Sat in line for 15 mins with only 1 car in front of me!!! Happens every time!!!! Finally gave up along with 3 others to go Sonic for kids nuggets and fries!!! The staff doesn’t seem to be interested in getting customer’s orders even taken much less filled!!! There was nobody to be seen inside working as I, and the other 3 people drove off!!! It’s been slack like this for several months now!!!! RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE VERY LEAST!!!!!!

Man I swear the staff here is just ignorant! It’s not hard to do quality control! Almost every time I’ve gone here in the last 6 months something has been wrong or completely missing in my order and the attitudes of the staff I won’t be going back here this place needs a complete restaffing!!!!!
