I went through the drive-through at this location this evening to pick up some food for my husband, and my husband is the type who likes to control the money and he only gave me a certain amount of money to go run a few errands and to grab his food last so I ordered his stuff and then I got to the window and I didn’t have enough money for what I ordered so I had to downgrade my sandwich to like a double stack and she politely did that and I still didn’t have enough, so I downgraded it again and throughout that moment in process, she did not make me feel judged unwelcome like I was a burden. She completely was open warm. She is considerate and she even you know reassured me that it’s no big deal you know and that don’t worry about it you know it’s she she made me feel at ease about being embarrassed that I had didn’t have enough money to cover what I ordered so I want to recognize Miss Alana, who works the drive-through at that Wendy’s at that location on Stonies and she needs some type of acknowledgment That she’s doing an amazing job and she doesn’t realize how much it meant to me in that moment and not be embarrassed.

this place is horrible. they pissed me off. they kept messing up my orders and it took about 20 minutes to get my order. that lady in there i don’t know if she asian or something but she was up in there being slow like she don’t know what she doing. she kept putting JBC but i wanted a jr cheese burger. just kept doing it over and over again. count yall days.

The night time manager provided amazing customer service. I drive a semi so parked across the street and walked but only the drive through was open and she still allowed me to order. She made sure the fries were fresh and food was good as well. This was all around 1130pm. Thank you!

This place is terrible! They messed up our order. They took 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and fries with nothing on them but mayo and ketchup. There was no line inside or at the drive-through. No one said anything to us. Every time we go, it’s so bad. We won’t be going back to this location. The food was okay. I was expecting Hot food after how long it took.

Burger to combo wasn’t in bag when got home. Chili was water and beans were hard. Very disappointed in all around service. When we called they said they can’t give back refund unless we come back up there next day. Mind you we work all day so when do you even find time to do that before manager is gone from their shift. They also admitted to not putting burger in bag and that a lot of people complained about their chili that day “so why sell it”. Never will return to this store and if you do check your bags and don’t buy the chili.

This is the worst Wendy’s I tried to give them benefit but twice I had a bad experience with them. On 9/24/25 my credit card was charged double $24.15 and also ordered a triple cheeseburger but received a Single Cheeseburger instead.Tried to call the store but no one ever answered.
Now on 10/3/25 I had door dash ordererd at 6:30 pm the driver waited for 40 minutes and left cause the order was never prepared.A second driver went and the same thing happened it was 8:40 when I contacted a Door Dash support and requested they refund my money

If I could put less than one star, I absolutely would. I’m not one to complain about a wait time usually. I’ve worked in food service so I get it but the fact that I waited 20 minutes when the restaurant was basically dead and someone that pulled up 10 minutes after me got food at the same time as me and then I get home when I live less than five minutes away and my food is completely cold after waiting 20 minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention. I had to get out of my car to ask about my food Didn’t get my drink until I asked for it and then the girl at the drive-through window had something to say about me having an attitude and said it loud enough for me to hear and looked directly at me. When I tried to call just now, I did not get an answer either. I’ve dealt with rude customers, which I honestly don’t even think I was being rude, but you never ever say it directly to a customer or loud enough for them to hear very very poor customer service.

This store was closed down for business and I couldn’t get anything to eat. Maybe if I could have airdropped my order to the lady playing on her phone in the dining area I could have been served. They were closed long before 2am and no one was available to take my order.

STOP WORRYING ABOUT SERVICE TIMES AND ACTUALLY WORRY ABOUT SERVICE!
They will take your order, take your money and then tell you to park in a space and leave you there for at least 10 minutes.
It’s not like they were just moving you to wait on the ones behind you, because they park EVERYONE!
I guess having food ready is just beyond their abilities.
Do NOT stop here if you are in a hurry or on lunch, because you will be waiting!
