We ordered through the app, that was a breeze. My partner ks vegetarian so we ALWAYS check the Caesar salad to ensure there’s not accidentally chicken. There was… and it was a Cobb salad. When we asked for the correct item they were out of Caesar salads… at 8:30pm on a Friday. Mind you there were no cars in the parking lot so they weren’t busy. But I digress. Had that been all I wouldn’t take to leave a bad review but there’s more… the chicken on the Asiago chicken sandwich was so dry it was petrified wood. Not an ounce of moisture to be found. As if it had been sitting for HOURS in a warmer. Had that been all I still wouldn’t have left a negative review but when the BACONator sandwich didn’t have ANY bacon… like geezus Christ what is going on?! This was such a simple order with only ONE modification: no chicken on a salad. Somehow every single item was wrong. This level of buffoonery July be documented in medical journals because how lazy do you have to be to run a shift where NOTHING went right? Shame on management. Utterly shameful. And I say this all as a restaurant manager myself… I genuinely forgive a lot but this was gross negligence on the managers part as he was preparing food! (Well I assume it was the manager bc he was dressed nicer and much older than the children around him and he had the food in his hands with gloves on.

Unfortunately this Wendy’s was out of chili and baked potatoes. We couldn’t get what we wanted. Burgers were not hot but warm and a little dried out . Although the burgers did taste good. Fries were hot and crispy. Staff did their best and were apologetic.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Wendy’s. I ordered two Dave’s Double combos with cheese and a strawberry lemonade with no ice. While the fries were acceptable, neither sandwich had tomatoes, lettuce, or onions—basic toppings that should never be missing without explanation.
I returned to the drive-thru window to address the issue. The same employee assisted me again, and just like before, there was no greeting and no apology for my return visit. Since I was never given a receipt, he spent about four minutes trying to find my order, only to finally tell me, “I rung it up wrong.”
He then handed me a bag with three combos, yet somehow the order was still incorrect—one burger was missing a tomato. To make matters worse, he came back to the window and handed me a single tomato in a container instead of fixing the sandwich properly.
That was the final straw. This level of service is unacceptable and despicable, especially for a restaurant I have been loyal to for seven years. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to correct repeated mistakes.
This was my last visit to this location.

There’s was no line was asked to pull up. When the MANAGER not shift supervisor brought my food out I said thank you. She did not say anything back, I made sure I check my food before I left, my nuggets were not in the bag I go back in immediately after, a young girl asked what I need, I told her and she got it for me, the manager came to the front counter sat there 15 seconds, asked how I’m doing I said good. She continued to stand there so I decided to be a problem solver and told her my nuggets weren’t in the bag she getting them now, the manager replied oh okay. No sorry or anything, when people use drive throughs it’s so they can stay in the car. When I got to work, my sandwich buns were soggy and falling apart like the jbcs were sitting in the bun warmer. 11 dollars wasted and given nasty attitude. Lots of Wendy’s are closing. This location need to be next on the list. The night manager is sorry.

I got a four piece nugget and one of the “nuggets” was just a breaded piece of plastic.I ate a chicken sandwich here and found ANOTHER piece of plastic. I showed the manager and informed her I was not going to eat anything else and she said that she would refund me to then two weeks later no refund.when I called to ask for a refund later I was informed that they “had not record of the incident or manager” and that I would not only get no refund but they accused me of lying for free food and money. DONT EAT HERE!

If I could give zero stars I would. Couldn’t scan my app code so I couldn’t get my deal. People who came in after us and people in the drive thru got their food way before we did but they still also waited way too long. The restaurant was a mess and dirty. After we sat down, the cashier had to leave people in line to go use the bathroom and was in there so long the people in line left. This being said there were only three people working and were completely understaffed and I don’t think this was their fault. If you are the owner or manager of this place you should be ashamed of the way you are running it.

Beware: Hamburger was disgusting. Taste like old grease. Made me sick. Cold fries. Deleting app right now on both phones. Goodby Wendy’s. You suck. I called 3 times and y’all never responded. Sad and disrespectful. I was a long time customer.

This Wendy’s is the worst I’ve ever been to. It makes me not want the food at all. The service is horrible, the employees attitudes are horrible, the drive though takes 20 minutes for ONE CAR. overall it’s ridiculous. Get more staffing or retraining immediately. I try my best to avoid this location because it’s been consistently atrocious for over 2 years. Not worth your time.

Horrible ! App order. I didnt take time to check on employee incompetence my bad , on that …

2 baked potatoes ,no sour cream ..

Apple pecan salad with no pecans , not the included ones or the extra we ordered … no crumbled blue cheese …

Taco salad … no chili , no chips,no salsa,no sour cream …

Employee at the window did not interact with us ,other than passing 2 bags through the window …

Tried to call the store 3x with no answer … guess nobody is even capable of answering the phone ,let alone get an app order correct ..

To the general manager Michael Bowling please retrain your staff again of what customers service is because your store have absolutely zero. I order a bacon jalapeno fried and this is what I got in the picture. Also it call fast food not wait 5 minutes so I can order and another 6 minutes for the food when we were the only car in the drive thru. This place is horrible DO NOT EAT HERE SAVE YOUR MONEYS PEOPLE.
