Whoever the so called manager caucasian man is that was working front on 02/26/26 around 6pm need to be reevaluated literally was disgusted with his attitude and how he treated me and my family today . If you don’t like your job find a different one instead of being nasty and rude to customers nobody told you or begged you to work at Wendy’s . Need to hire better people to work customer service because yall going out sad for real at this point . Don’t want to return if the workers and customer service is going to act rude or as if they don’t like the job. It was that bad ! not going to receive my money ! I get it everyone has stuff going on and bad days here and there but you don’t have to take it out on others. Also was told all of my food was in the bag so I checked of course I was missing items ! Please get it together.

The caucasian women in the window on 2/13 was very rube around 3pm-4 around that time not only did she proceed to roll her eyes because she didn’t give me a spoon she also forgot my drink ! I really want these fast food workers to understand that it’s never that serious! Treat people right. You never know what someone is going through. Leave your attitude at home. If you can’t handle your emotions and be emotional intelligent then you shouldn’t do customer service ! I’ve worked at fast foods before and never treated customers as such . I called the manger which was who was standing beside her and he said “ I’ll talk to her “as if he didn’t witness this happen. If yall want to have a good team and up the reviews because they are low then work on your attitudes!

Ordered a 10pc spicy nugget, I check my order when i get it and see my spicy nuggets. When I get home, I realize they put a couple spicy nuggets ontop of regular nuggets so I’d think no my order was right!!! These people are so lazy…orders a bacon cheese burger, they didn’t put bacon on it. I get spicy nuggets, they don’t give me my sauce..putting more effort into not giving me spicy nuggets than they put into their job!
Waited at the drive though to get my order taken both times (since I had to go back around) even though NO ONE was there, what are we waiting on???

We showed up when they were massively busy. The manager at 630pm on December 7th was training a new cashier. They got all of the food out quick. They held conversation with my kid the entire time. So kind and welcoming. We normally order drive thru but went inside to pick it up. Their happiness and kindness radiated off of them and it makes us want to go back and dine in in the future.

No coke in the building, grease for the fryers hasn’t been changed in weeks if not months. Burgers were horrible and looked like the patties were from lunch time when we ate at 3:00. The floors and cleanliness behind the registers were disgusting! People there however were very energetic but seemed somewhat disconnected from proper functions of a fast food restaurant! We will never return here again!

Over staffed yet under qualified. I’m not sure how you can be under qualified to work in fast food, but they found a way. Personal belongings spread on a table meant for customers. 4 of the staff members laughed, then went outside to smoke after finding out something was wrong with my order. It wasn’t even my food but I was upset for the doordash customer. The manager helped after I got doordash on the phone and there were 2 employees willing to remake the order once they got the okay. It was way too many people on shift to be not helpful and playing with peoples food. This is the second instance. The first one was the same situation. I ordered 4 burgers and they only gave me 2. When I came back 4 girls were on break at once again all sitting and chatting at a table meant for customers. For a store with so much staff they are slow and inaccurate

Went here when there was a snow storm. This was the only place I can find open. I wanted McDonalds, but they were all closed. When I got the nuggets there, they didn’t taste good at all. At least the service was fast

I went to Wendy’s on December 31,2025 and ordered 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. Two were to made regular and the other two just add onions and pickles. When I got them they were cold. I looked at one to make sure that the two didn’t add onions or pickles on them. They didn’t. I didn’t dig around in the burgers to look for everything on each burger because 3 burgers weren’t mine. I didn’t think I would have to look for BACON AND MAYO, which are standard for the Bacon and Cheese Jr Burger. When I dropped off the burgers, none had bacon or mayo. How do you leave off bacon on the Jr. Bacon and Cheese Burger? I don’t know, but they did on all four burgers. Two of the burgers were missing lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and bacon and all the burgers were cold. I know they had been sitting there and then they made them. They weren’t even warm.
I called last night to talk to the manager, who turned out not to be the manager apparently. I spoke with a gentleman for less than a minute. He hung up on me and I called back later and another guy answered and said he was the manager. He wouldn’t take my name and ask a manager to call me or give me corporate number. He said something to the fact he couldn’t give me that information because it was personal. Then he hung up on me as I was asking another question. He refused to have anyone call me or take my name to pass it on to another manager or give me corporate number.
If you have an issue with this location, you’re out of luck.

Went Saturday night 6pm, only 3 employees including manager. Went through drive-thru, they were serving one at a time. Ordered at speaker after car in front ordered, paid and received their meal. I got same. Person behind still hadn’t ordered when I left. Ordered 3 large fries only got 2. Manager sucked. Apparently didn’t know how to run a store. If you want your food fast and correct, go somewhere else.

Everything was amazing the bathroom floor was a little sticky and the stall metal wall needed to be cleaned just a little and the toilet had water over it but its a public restroom so I dont expect it to be fancy or perfect but besides that everything was amazing service people food I got the meal of misfortune it is themed from wensday the spoon I got with the raspberry and vanilla frosty I got was so cute and the frosty and food was the best thing ever.
