I have never left a review as i work in food service. I understand its not an easy job, but i got there was the only car in line ordered one chicken sandwich after 15 minutes they come out and tell me they forgot to drop it after another 10 minutes they come out again and say it isn’t ready and the lady asked me do i want some fries with my order since it took so long so of course i say sure why not takes another 10 minutes and the lady comes out with my sandwich and they bring me a small coke and say sorry for ur wait i literally don’t even drink coke so i waited 35 minutes for one sandwich watched 7 other people get there food and leave and then they could not even give me the fries like they asked me if i wanted absolutely worst experience ive ever had with a FAST FOOD place sat there for atleast 35 minutes absolutely ridiculous never will eat here again

Whenever the lady was on the speaker at the drive thru was very rude. She asked what drink I wanted so I started to talk and she yelled hold on. We ordered a meal and got an medium iced coffee instead of a drink, they gave us a tiny baby “small” cup, went back in and lady at front said “she rang you up for a small”, well we ordered a medium so regardless if she rang us up for a small, she should’ve made it right. They are just completely rude in here with terrible customer service. Oh and my food was cold and disgusting

Tonight will be the last night I ever eat at the Greenwood SC Wendy’s again. The last SEVEN times we have went here they have charged us for food that was not put in the bag at all, or put in the bag incorrectly. When we go to the counter to correct there error- NO apology, just attitude, No I’m sorry about our mistake- just rolling eyes and no manners whatsoever. Never gives us a receipt so I honestly can’t even tell if we were ripped off tonight and the burger was RAW. Missing a whole 10 piece nugget and the wrong sauce was put in the bag. This is a regular occurrence. One would ask, why would you keep going back after 7x bad service the answer is my kid loves their nuggets. Well we will not be back again. The only good service you can get these days is at Chic fil a. Or at a sit-down restaurant. Wendy’s used to be so good but then again so did Bojangles and nobody can go there either. Poor service, poor work ethic, dangerously undercooked food.

This place is nothing like it used to be. I asked for hot fries & they were cold. I ordered a biggie bag & asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich & they were on there. I told them it was wrong & instead of remaking it they just took it off. Smh! Just lazy. I had to ask them to remake it. The worst customer ever.

Got home with my lunch to find a LONGGG black hair half hanging out of the closed salad package. Five people stood around where my food was packed up, yet not a single one saw this giant hair hanging out of my food (and yes it was also touching my salad). Guess we aren’t paying attention to food safety and quality here. If that made it through there’s no telling what else is. Will never go back to this Wendy’s.

When I say this place is nothing like it used to be that’s putting it mildly. We couldn’t even eat the food we received from here today it was so nasty. Chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Was grizzly fries were cold even the drinks weren’t good and that’s just sad. Needless to say we should of just drove down the street and threw that money out the window

If poor service was a sport these people would be world champions. As I walked up to the counter to order the young lady working the register walked away without saying anything. She went to the kitchen and chatted before coming up to the drive thru and chatting some more. She then returned to the counter and began chatting with another employee. When I finally turned and left she watched me while laughing with her colleague. Will never return.

Wendy’s did not disappoint today. I waited almost 22 exact minutes. I was going to throw these chicken tenders out the window until I opened up the box and saw the treasure hiding on the inside. Needless to say, you can’t judge a book by its cover. You gotta open it!

The manager was rude as hell. Yelling about “no excuses” as she’s handling the fries (which ended up cold and tasting stale, ironically), vape in hand and smoking (didn’t actually see her do it, but I could smell it). The poor kid taking our order—it was his first day there, left to figure things out on his own with a manager brushing him off every time he asked. The drink machine was down, the manager left people in the dark before yelling what they wanted to drink. She once threw something on the plate rack aggressively. Feel bad for all the employees, surprised they didn’t walk out.
Edit: went back for the first time for a breakfast croissant. It was moldy. Need I say more?
