Do not eat at this location. Today around 3 pm we ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and a JBC deal meal. We ordered from the drive thru. When we pulled up to the window they told us the chicken wasn’t ready yet, so they had us pull forward to wait. After a few minutes, we got our food and took off. A few bites in, my wife realized one of the chicken sandwiches was still raw. We then stopped and checked the other 2 sandwiches and of course another one of them was also raw. We drove back to the location and of course the only thing they could offer us was a refund. The manager was apologetic, which is the only good thing I can say. This is unacceptable and disgusting to say the least. Will be contacting the department of health tomorrow.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My food was cold and nasty. The little guy at window that took my order was nasty and rude. When they first open a lady took my order and she was nasty and rude. She was yelling a little lady because she didnt put ketchup in my bag. These people have nasty attitudes at this place. For this to be a place that just opened up a couple months ago they are sorry and nasty. They will never get my money again. I will drive all the way to simpsonville if I want eat at another wendys before I give this place my money again!!!!! AT LEAST MY FOOD WILL BE HOT AND FRESH!!!!

I don’t understand why people have given this location such bad reviews. They’ve barely been open. There are kinks to work out.
I visited the drive thru today, and it was fast, the service was friendly enough, and most importantly, my order was good and correct. I usually hate Wendy’s fries because they’re cold and/or soggy, but these were fresh and crispy! I got nuggets as well, and the batter was nice and crispy on those as well. The only issue I had was trying to turn left out of the parking lot! I don’t recommend it.

It is absurd to order food and then have to wait 10 minutes for fries so to speak, just for the fries to be warm and the burger cold, along with one order I didn’t receive everything. I’m tired of going places and the sorriness of workers that don’t care. I purchased, I expect it to be hot! Another scratch off my eatery.

So far I’ve only ordered twice from this location using the mobile app but I haven’t had any issues yet. Judging from the other reviews, maybe I’ve just been lucky? Because the food has been great, the service was great. I ordered breakfast this morning (9/28) on the app and had to pull up pass the window so they could finish making it. I’m not sure the young man’s name, but when he brought out my order, my coffee wasn’t with it. So I asked him about it and he went right back in to get it. They’re human. Sometimes these things happen. He was so polite and apologized a couple of times and even told me to have a blessed day. I don’t know. So far so good in my book!

I’ve been to this location 3 times since it opened and not a good experience yet! Once, ok, it’s new…no big deal. Twice, what’s going on? THREE, management needs an overhaul or better training. Always having extended waiting for items ordered is poor preparation and time management. Why on earth does a person need to wait nearly 20 minutes for a coffee during breakfast time that never gets made because “the machine is heating up” RIDICULOUS! I usually don’t review places that are less favorable unless its outrageously bad but management, GET IT TOGETHER! No wonder its hardly ever a line waiting like other Wendy’s we’ve patronized.

The drive up window worker was the rudest worker I’ve encountered in a long time. Didnt say a word just stared at me. Each interaction was complete silence. After she handed me the bag I asked if that was the full order. She stared at me blankly then shook her head yes. Super rude and awkward. Sad because I was looking forward to a decent Wendy’s around here. Won’t be back.
