Pulled around the corner bc my child wanted a kids meal… barely greeted, didn’t get asked for help didn’t even get told a total wasn’t handed a receipt I recommended just picking up whoever was working drive through around 2pm clearly doesn’t want this job no pride in this job and didn’t want to be here attitude… mind u my father told her to have a nice day was nice everything she slammed the drive thru door in his face

Good luck getting the right order here. I can’t remember the last time they got mine correct. Even when there’s no line—maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru—you’ll still wait 20–30 minutes. When you finally get your food, it’s cold and barely tastes decent. The staff don’t seem to care, and the last visit they completely messed up my order without an apology. I don’t know who’s managing this place, but they need to fix some things soon, or tear it down, for goodness’ sake.

I’m very concerned now, my husband asked for an iced coffee and it was warm. Then they took a long time bringing one out and it tastes sour and smells weird. I told him to stop drinking it because it could have some type of chemical in it! They were so upset because they had to remake it!

Food is great BUT worst customer service. Guy at the register didn’t wear gloves which bothered me the most. Could tell other customers in front of me were annoyed because he didn’t provide any sort of customer service. He was very ignorant and rude. His attitude wasn’t the best and getting mad bc he got a DoorDash order wrong and when I addressed that he was giving me the wrong items he was extremely rude about it.
