The only reason Wendys got a 2 from me was bucuz of the sweet tea annnd the cashier in the window. I ordered med fries, I got cold fries. I let the young lady cashier know. She took em with no questions but stated I apologize for that. Gave me new ones not in a new bag but hand to hand n stated these should b a bit WARMER FOR U. I seen 3 ppl come around from the corner watching. One of them was the shift manager (Caucasian lady no teeth). Anyehoo those fries were microwaved (like I cant tell fresh hot out the grease fries) I just took them n drove off. Yes I tested them. Like the young lady said WARMER) EVEN THE DANG FRY CUP WAS WARM. REALLY!! I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED BCUZ YALL TRYED TO PLAY ME FOR DUMB.

I was pulling away with my order, window already rolled up, when I heard one of the staff call out for me. They had realized they had forgotten the dipping sauce, and flagged me down to give it to me.

I went to get Wendy’s last night around 9:30pm, given it was late I can understand the poor customer service and attitude of the staff, however when I went to eat my food I bit into a piece of plastic. There’s no reason for this, very gross and unsanitary. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, especially the food industry and this was a first.

went into this restaurant a few days ago and there was about 10 teenagers standing behind the counter laughing and joking around. After ordering our food I walked to the soda machine and I saw how truly nasty this restaurant is, there was no ketchup in either dispenser, ALL of the trash cans were over flowing onto the floor, the soda machines were out of most of the products and overall this place was absolutely disgusting and I will never return to this location again. I definitely hope the owners know the staff that they have working for them here. *Please see the most recent attached photos*

I’ve been getting food from this place for about 3 yrs or more sometimes 2 meals a day. I’ve never had a problem until now. The 1st time a few weeks ago I came in the night shift it was a light skinned young man after I placed my order me and my daughter was standing there waiting and right in front of me he put his hands down his pants and instantly I was like nah let me get my money back. Well a few weeks passed I took a chance stopped in I saw him back there and was gonna leave but the manager was like I got ya and I’ll make the food. So I was like cool thank you cause I don’t trust him. Well I was waiting and he made a point of coming from the back up near the drive thru window and turned towards me smirking. I found that super disrespectful especially when I have my special needs teen with me. So I asked what’s so funny he replied I can laugh or smile and I said not at me. So all of a sudden he said something smart and puff his chest up at me while they was pulling him back. Like is this kids seriously tripping I wasn’t even gonna say anything to him until he just started staring and smirking. Like you really want food with someone acting like that then the girl in the drive through started going on towards me talking about your a grown man and he 16. But he the 1 acting childish he could have easily stayed in the back let the manager fixed my food and everyone happy. But he smarted off because he in the wrong and the manager and other girl was like he always doing smiling like that. But when someone put they hands they pants you come back someone else offer to make the food but then you take the time to walk up and smirk at the customer while I’m waiting. You don’t need a job if I done some mess like that to him in front of him I wouldn’t blame him for being mad at me either and I wouldn’t even had came up front and smiled like it was funny. Be professional not child like I came to get food not that petty crap. Now I gotta go to Pelham rd where people act professional and friendly. Not do something wrong and get mad when the person they wronged say something back because the staring and smirking while they say that’s just him. And to buck up in front of my kid like and my son talking about them other dudes just staring you down daddy.

White brown haired Woman at window yelled at my husband very rudely because the fire truck from the station across the street went off and yelled for him to “stop talking”. Yeah my husband is a little slow so he only waited for it to pass the light but I also worked beside the fire station at drive through and NEVER yelled at a costumer even though I had some do the same. Incredibly rude.

My daughter ordered the food, got home and we opened up to this mess!! Can’t even eat it! Too scared!! It’s pitch black and the fries are soggy! The nuggets are hard like rocks!! They should be ashamed!! All that money wasted for food a dog wouldn’t eat!!

I ordered online through their app and ate inside their dining room. The process was easy and the food was ready within a couple of minutes of me arriving. I love that they have the Freestyle machine so you can try different drinks with different flavors. The restaurant was clean and the employees working were very helpful. I enjoyed eating inside with my friends!
