I wish I would have looked at the reviews before placing an order through the mobile app bc now I have been stuck in line for 15 min and can’t get out since there is a car in front and behind me. They locked both of the doors for some reason so I can’t even get in to pick up my carryout order. No signs on the doors or anything. I’ve watched at least 5 people walk up to the door, turn around and leave. 2 of the cars in front of me got out of line as soon as they pulled up enough to where they could and multiple people got out of line behind me. I have never saw anything like this. They really need to get it together. This location should be closed down if this is how they are going to run it or hire all new staff so it runs smoothly. I am going to be super late to my appointment now. I only came here since it’s my daughter’s 10th bday and she wanted to try a Wednesday meal. Once I got to the window I asked why the doors were closed and she paused then said “we had to shut it down”. I ordered a 4ct of saucey buffalo chicken nuggs and received a 3ct reg nuggets. Then this pic is supposed to be a Jr Deluxe Cheeseburger, def doesn’t have the lettuce and tomato that it’s supposed to. Now I could get out, stand in the rain at the window to let them know my order is messed up since I can’t go inside but I refuse to do that. There is also still a line of cars so I wouldn’t be able to get to the window anyways. Never coming back & I would suggest to anyone else to go to a different location if possible. This happened 9/7 at 3pm.
Edit: We were sitting in the parking lot eating and I watched a couple girls walk up to the door to find it locked, then a guy came up behind them. The one girl went to the drive thru window then back to the door and someone let them in and shut and locked the door so when the guy tried to open it right behind them they had already shut & locked it that quick without even saying anything to him. I would be HEATED if I was him. I’m mad just watching it

If I had to give this place zero stars, I would. Let’s start with the unprofessionally dressed employees. That seemed to not care about customer service. Except for the one employee who took my order then the sweet tea and unsweet tea were not labeled, and I had to guess which one was which. Then I asked for two dipping sauces and they told me that they had to charge me for them. I don’t understand why. I just paid $12 for a meal and I can’t get two dipping sauces? And finally, my food tasted like it had already been sitting out for 30 minutes. Definitely not going back to this Wendy’s ever again

Me and my friends came to this location on December 9th at 12am. I placed a Wendy’s mobile order for 4 frostys and we went to pick them up, as I had already paid on the app. We get to the window and the man tells us they have no frostys. He didn’t offer us anything else as a substitution and asked what we wanted to do. We told him we wanted a refund which he informed me he couldn’t do since I paid on the app, which is okay. I then go on my app to try to get a refund and I couldn’t find out where to go, so I asked him and a female worker began laughing at me and saying slick remarks, telling me they don’t know how to work the app. The man also told me to drive to another Wendy’s location to get our frosty’s even though I know it’s a different franchise. I still am out of the money I paid and I have no way to get a refund. This place is AWFUL!!! Management please do better and don’t just brush it off. I know the frosty’s were able to be made, they just didn’t want to since they closed in 2 hours. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know.

This “chicken” in the grilled chicken wrap was basically petrified. It was hard as a rock. Who in their right mind would even consider putting this out for consumption?!? Choking hazard for sure. Absolutely terrible. Would have rather told me they’re out of grilled chicken!!

This place is absolute trash! This is the 2nd time I went there with the most rudest employees! We waited a good 15 minutes for the food (yes I timed it) Checked the bag and the food was COLD! The employees in there were complaining that they’re just taking orders, not fixing and not taking the cash. What are you doing there then? While we were waiting there was a lady just standing there staring out the window. Maybe you could’ve been helping out your other employees! Stay far far away from this place. I’d hate to see the inside of this place.

I made an order through Uber eats, which I did not receive the burgers with the ingredients I indicated, additionally potatoes and nuggets were missing.. one of the burgers did not come with vegetables as indicated on the bill as well as the other.. I like Wendys but I don’t think I will order more here again.

First off we ordered 2 biggie bags. The ppl at the window were either high or drunk. gave us the bag w one stale fry and 2 nugget orders.2 byrgers missing. When trying to tell them what we were missing they told me to pull around the corner. Girl came around the corner to us clearly high asking what we needed. Told us pull around and walked away mid what i was saying to her. Went to the window and asked for a refund. Told them what was missing AGAIN and the guy accused us of eating the burgers and lying about the fries which i clearly showed him. He asked for the drinks and bag back which i gave back he proceeded to throw the bag at the window as a raging fit and gave us out refund. Happy new yrs yall. Dont get food here all i can say.

Went through the drive thru and literally took me 20 mins just to order my food and the girl taking my order was very rude. When I got my food it definitely had been sitting and was so nasty. Idk when this place is ever gonna get better

Wendy’s needs to do better. I brought info to this Wendy’s about Wendy’s refusal to join the fair food program, which is the only realistic way farm workers who work on farms where Wendy’s gets there products would be treated with dignity and respect. They didn’t seem interested, even when presented with info about Wendy’s buying produce ️ from farms where the US State Department uncovered actual slavery.
