This is a very well run and clean Wendy’s. The staff is very well-mannered. They greet you and get your order right and thank you after you finalize and pay for your order. They have one of those freestyle soda machines so you can pick all kinds of flavors and stuff and make your own concoction. It was actually very cold in there the day we went, so we had to stay bundled up, but that’s my only complaint. I would definitely go back there.

I been going to this Wendy’s for 9 years. They have always had issue with short staff, wrong orders, etc. They have alway tried to do there best.
That being said, I order the spicy chicken and it was hard as a rock and flat from being overcooked. The cook should had NEVER, NEVER sent out that order with that chicken, NEVER.

march 4, 7:30 pm. the guy who was working was so stoned. spilled our drinks told us when we were ordering we couldn’t get what we wanted (for context can i get 3 sauces no i can give you 2) almost forgot our drinks we had to wait an extra 5 mins for him to make them only to spill them, scoop ice back in with his bare hands and try and serve them to us. absolutely disgusted.

Drive through was quick, they was a delay on something in the order and the cashier informed us, I loved that. No change. Why not be prepared at busy lunch with ones and change. Waited awhile for change. Not friendly one of ladies. Cashier ok, confusion on my drinks though. Nice inside with updated look. It needed it. Chili was good.

If I could give less than 1 star I would the food was not fresh fries cold and they forgot the nuggets til we sat in drive thru knocking on the window for minutes the older white guy was very polite and helpful but the black guy with braids had a bad attitude like he didn’t want or care to be there absolutely no interaction with us at window then he forgot part of our food this location keeps going downhill more and more because of crappy workers you have to do better

We have been to Wendys the past two nights after getting off work to get chilly. Both times they were out . So we decided on Frostys , they were out of those also.
Today we decided to go in at Wendys and get chilly before work. This time they had it, but it definitely was not worth it. The lady at the counter was very rude. She wouldn’t answer our questions . There was no ice. And again no Frostys.
