I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato which was also confirmed on the screen. When I left neither one of my sandwiches had bacon on it!!! I called and the person said he was the manager and all he had to say was “well I didn’t make the sandwich” if that’s yall idea of how a manager handles an upset customer then he needs more training! Then it looked like a tomato was placed on my bun and then removed! I am allergic to tomatoes!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is too incompetent to make the burger correctly nor can they give spoons for frostys, straws or a drink carrier. They are out of everything and the truck is coming tonight they say. Hopefully it brings them some logic and common sense. Maybe the manager should learn how to manage the inventory.

Fries were raw, chicken sandwich had a moldy tasting sauce and soda machine was out of practically everything. The workers had zero interest when I complained. Restaurant floors were sticky and the place was filthy. The experience in this establishment turned us off to Wendy’s food.

Previously I had left a 3 star Review for this location – it was typical cold and old food the 3-4 times I have been here to eat.

Fantastic hot fries and classic chicken sandwich. Tasted like a different place. The staff was also amazing. I felt like I was at a chipotle or panara bread not Wendy’s. Attractive ladies well put together and beautiful smiling faces. Wow. I ordered my food to go but ended up staying to watch and take a few pics/vids for my review. I almost stopped to tell them what a great job but I chickened out with a few other customers at the register.

I come to this Wendy’s sometimes on my lunch break and the food is always perfect. The fries I’m eating rn are so fresh. Today the employee that helped me at the window went above and beyond by checking for the pumpkin kids meal toy for me to complete my children’s set. The one by my house would never. 13/10. Thank you so much for being kind.

Oh geez…has anyone actually looked what they done with the size of our food….this junior bacon cheeseburger used to be double this size..i understand shrinkflation but this is just unacceptable…i paid 2.99 plus 10% tax equaling 3.29 for a burger that is literally the same size as whitecastle or krystalburgers super tiny burgers…3 bites and it was gone..1 dollar per bite is a total ripoff and this is getting crazy..look at my burger next to the large fries, i can fit almost 3 of those burgers into the large fry container…get it together wendys, enough lining the ceo and shareholders pockets, they got enough money already

i’m never one to leave bad reviews but the laziness from this location has to be real. i understand if you’re short staffed and everything, but there’s no reason a cheese fry should look like THIS. not to mention, the food was so cold when i got it. didnt even get to enjoy or eat the food. very disappointed.

Regina was a threat to the facility at my neighborhood wendys.. My most recent visit here is was ASSAULTED BY REGINA. After I asked for a drink tray she threw it at my face. Yup. This employee with green hair, was that deranged all I did was ask for a drink tray and had it thrown at my face. Still havent heard back from corporate or the management at this facility. And yes HCPD has a case for this incident. She continued to shout and make her fellow employees feel uncomfortable.

It had been ages since I last visited this Wendy’s, and I finally decided to give it another shot, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment all over again. While I usually enjoy Wendy’s food, the burgers were dry, the chili was watery, and the fries were served cold. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like it! I can’t believe this location is still in business. We’re on the hunt for a good Wendy’s nearby, but it looks like we’ll have to keep searching. Lesson learned: next time, I should definitely check the reviews before heading out!
