The entire place was filthy. I mean sticky floors, tables, trash cans. Waited entirely too long to get our food. We had been driving 5 hours at this point. Idc if I drove 10 mins to get there. Unacceptable. As someone who has worked fast food and retail for almost 20 years, I want to know how the health Dept gave them an “A” rating. Like where? Where was it clean enough for that rating. If the store was that dirty, how about the surface area that you’re prepping our food on? For $66 dollars, this should’ve been better.

Horrible experience with the staff in the drive through. Took one order at a time, didn’t give time to fully order before being asked to pull around, attitude and sighs from the staff when ordering. This entire store needs to be restrained or just generally re-staffed.

Best Wendy’s ive ever been too. Very nice service. Food was beyond fresh and flavorful. It was also fast. My baconator looked just like the menu picture. Only riding thru and dont know the area i was very impressed. Thanks for the great experience!

Please, do not go to this Wendy’s. They apparently have too much business. My wife and I just left there. We seen the big sign in the window advertising their two for four dollars deals. However, when we tried to get the deal on the kiosk, it wouldn’t acknowledge it and tried to charge us more.
So we went up to the counter to get help and were completely ignored. They weren’t busy, they just ignored us. So clearly, this particular Wendy’s makes too much money and doesn’t need any more. We took our business elsewhere.

The wait is fairly long compared to other fast food restaurants in the area. To make it worse the employees working the window at 7:00 pm 7-10-23 did not have the decency to speak when asked how they were doing. One out of the four spoke. Asked one twice and no response.

Went to this restaurant again last night, 1-13-25, and the two young ladies working the drive thru were very polite and friendly. Drastic improvement over the last year.

placed a mobile order for 11am carry out, showed up exactly at 11am for every door to be locked so i went to the drive thru. after waiting about ten minutes in the drive thru i was asked to pull up which i figured would be no big deal but i was wrong! i didn’t get my food until 11:40am. i watched about six employees pull up at 11:30 and also not able to get inside due to the locked doors, finally when they were let in someone came and asked what i was waiting on and brought my food within minutes. the frostys were melted and the food was cold. it’s clear that my food had been done and just sitting around while they forgot. i did try to go inside twice while waiting and both doors were still locked. not the first time this has happened. if you want warm food or food on time, go somewhere else

Came in the place was clean and when I ordered the food the employee was nice and helpful. Food took 3 mins so not long at all and it tasted amazing(fries was salty tho). So I give it five stars because of a wonderful experience

Went through drive thru for Frostys after shopping. They didn’t give us enough spoons and straws, so I had to walk inside to get them. I was surprised at how dirty the inside looked. The floor was gross and everything felt greasy.

Went through drive-thru because my son wanted a frosty. I wanted a baked potato but they were out, so I got a cinnabon pull apart. It was awful. Must’ve been microwaved because it was very dry and hard. I’ll never get that again.
