I came here after a long day of work (NC), travel (home to Flor), and shopping for holiday cooking. I had a short wait at drive thru. I asked for extra ketchup and checked my bag before I left to find she only gave 2 packets. I had already moved up and was ready to get home, so I just left. I was disappointed because the fries were not done. They were uncooked. The burger was good. I don’t know if I’ll return.

Food was hot and the new frostys are delicious. They employees were friendly and worked fast. No one was on their phones like at the competitors. The order was right and I didn’t have to ask for condiments or napkins like I have to do at the competitors. They need to take lessons from the Wendy’s crew! Great job Wendy’s! It’s a great place to get food. The burgers are fresh. They have healthy choices like salads and baked potatoes. I love the chili and the frosty’s. They now serve breakfast. The line late at night and on the weekends is so long. I guess because we only have two locations. I wish they would open up another location. The new ghost pepper chicken sandwich was good and really spicy. And I love the spicy chicken nuggets.

I am not usually someone who complains about customer service because I know these jobs can be hard, but could not get through ordering my food because the drive thru attendant has such a bad attitude. You can’t assume I am done ordering and tell me my total then get frustrated when I need to continue ordering. I continue order two items and before I could even tell her there’s another meal she’s asked me if I was done yet and my total again. This is not how a business should treat people if they want customers. I will not be going back

Pros: Food was hot, tasty and served fast. We ordered a Baconator & chicken tenders meal.
Cons: The building’s roof is Swiss cheese. I couldn’t count all the leaks inside the eating area.

This was 2nd time at this Wendy’s got my order wrong. They were understaffed for the crowd…took 10 minutes before our order was taken, eating in the dining room. The cashier was working VERY hard and very patient. A girl was on the register AND filling orders, a real professional and kind!!
My burger was on the room temperature and the wrapper was cold!
We love Wendy’s but will stop going if it happens again.

the lady at the register was extremely rude in the drive thru line. after i got my food i asked for a ranch dressing sauce, keep in mind I got 2 combos, and 2 sandwhiches. She said that sauce does not come with any of that, and the ranch is 28 cents a piece. this restaraunt will blantantly lie to their customers and i highly recommend driving the extra 3 minutes to the other wendys.
