So they dont listen to the order. This was the 2nd time I asked for the same order,and they try to give me a different one. I also asked to get my burger with no lettuce or tomato, to which they both have those on it. Disappointing….

If you’re looking for fast food, this is NOT the place. Order took forever to receive. (Over 25 minutes!!) The location is absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure how they pass a health inspection…

This is one of my worst experiences at a wendy’s.This is mostly due to the management or leadership in charge.There was an older man and lady running everything.However, the young lady who was in training trying to run the register was receiving no help from anybody.They had a gentleman on the drive through.That was having trouble as well, and neither leadership were really stepping up to help. Even heard the one manager just talking about how he only has a few more hours till he heads home while I understand being tired and ready to go home.When you’re at work, it’s a good idea to put in your best effort and help out.Otherwise, you just make it a headache for everyone else.Especially if you are the leadership in charge and supposed to be setting the example. Due to this, this caused a forty five minute delay in mine and my coworkers day and seeing how I was away from home and trying to get my job completed quickly.This was a great inconvenience. I think leadership here should probably be looked at four coaching or possibly, or a whole new perspective.

(April 2005) Plain and simple – the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in!
My Dave’s Single was absolutely burnt to a crisp, and it only had one piece of cheese, and I returned it of course, and the fries appeared to be overcooked and overheld, and the restaurant had absolutely no background music or atmosphere, and no WiFi, and the wait time was long despite me being only one of two customers in there.
I do not recommend this location.

Fast efficient and standard Wendys no complaints. The restaurant was well maintained, with clean tables and bathroom. Good stop for lunch on our road trip.

I am a local and the service and the food over there last couple of years has been very disappointing to say the least. I recently ordered at the drive through, due to the staffing shortage the wait time was longer than usual. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Combo and this is what they have me. The chicken was dry and tasteless, no tomato and this pitiful piece of lettuce. The fries weren’t seasoned well I asked for salt and was told there was none. The only thing I can say that I did enjoy was the lemonade.

This place is always dirty. The drive-thru windowsill has BLACK all over it. The outside is very dirty… the dumpster area, the drive-thru order menu looks like it’s about to fall apart, etc. EXTREMELY slow service.
