My daughter & I did a mobile order (drive thru pickup) for a Dave’s single (we had a promo code) & a separate order for 2 small fries& a caramel cold foam coffee. When we got yo the window, there was no greeting. She just gave us our sandwiches & a bag with 1 order of fries. I checked the burgers & asked if 1 of the burgers could be remade with no mayo (I specified on the app no mayo). The young lady at the window looked at another woman & repeated what I asked. The woman went on saying the app dis not specify no mayo. I tried to use a napkin to take off the mayo but it was too much & too messy. So, I asked again if I could give the burger back & get it with no mayo. She said to pull up by the door. We pulled up & they brought out the drink & another burger. However, we still only had 1 order of fries & it was a half order. I was done with everything by then & just left. I would expect this from BK. But, not Wendy’s. Well, until now.

The wait time was incredibly long for no reason. Inside the window you can see they have plenty of staff, I thought well maybe they’re short staff. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but that was not the case here. While waiting I witnessed a girl with a phone in her hand and a small stack of cups stick her hand inside the cups to dig out a small cup to fill for me. I think they could use training on time management and basic hygiene when handling orders. Phones are covered in bacteria!

My boyfriend and I had gotten the munchies and thought Wendy’s would be nice for us for hunger. I was so wrong after we got the food. Not only they make your customers wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for food in person and take forever in drive thru, they are just as bad when it comes to delivery. We ordered a Large Biggie Bag with a bacon cheeseburger, spicy nuggets, fries, and a large chocolate frosty and 4 extra burgers. Only received 4 out of 3 burgers. Not only that, I had my burger set in a specific manner. No onion, no pickle, no mustard. Only Ketchup and Bacon. I have no onions because I’m allergic to them, and guess what? I had extra onion and extra pickle on my burger as well extra mustard mixed in with the ketchup. I removed the onion and pickle with no doubt i couldn’t even bring myself to eat it without gagging the burger was extremely cold. I moved onto my frosty shared it with my boyfriend then decided to finish it off took a sip of the melted chocolate and then tasted something off I went to go pull it out of my mouth and what do you know a piece of hair was in my frosty that had made it into my mouth. I was furious like extremely mad. I then called the store and what do you know rang and rang. So I said what the actual you know the rest so i moved to my fries tried to ignore my hunger fries were cold and soggy as well unsalted so at this point I gave up eating and decided to come here and leave a review… from Fast Food worker to Fast Food worker yall should know better on your health codes and such because this is so uncalled for. Nobody should have to pull hair out their mouth when they eat. Not only that I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for food (in person), yalls drive time shouldn’t be extremely high, yall need to do your jobs quit messing around, oh and yall need to wear your hair properly.. as well as quit vaping in the back by the food. I’m talking about overall going to this location for quite some time

The worst Wendy’s I’ve encountered. Understaffed. Over 15 minutes in the drive through from start to finish. The chicken sandwiches were over cooked and the chicken tenders were rubbery. French fries were so crisp we couldn’t eat them. Very bad service, very bad food.

I simply and politely ordered a chicken biscuit meal but asked if the chicken patty and biscuit could separately wrapped, I even said “if you could please”. The woman very passive aggressively said “so you just want a chicken patty then?” To which I explained I wanted the meal just don’t put the chicken biscuit together. She huffed into her mic, I then waited, she asked if I wanted anything else I ordered the number eight breakfast burrito meal, she I guess got confused or couldn’t hear me, asked what I wanted again so I repeated myself after she asked if I wanted a meal again, then it was just silent for quite a while…. She then came back and asked if that was everything and I said I wanted a sweet tea with both meals. When I pulled around to the window she was telling the man that was making the food that I wanted everything separate like it really was such an odd request. Anyway, they got some of my order right and my autistic son kept apologizing that he made them upset and that really made me sad and mad because he shouldn’t have to feel bad for simply wanting his chicken patty and biscuit separate.

Updates** 08/09/25 10:30pm I visited this location with my mobile order from the app. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, so I decided to change my order to carryout. However, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for a burger and four pieces of nuggets. When I finally received my order, I almost thought they handed me the wrong order. I had specifically asked for extra onion, lettuce, and pickles, but they were missing from my order. To make matters worse, there were no tomatoes on Dave’s single along with all pickles lettuce and onion. Since the waiting was too long, I wanted to cancel my order, but unfortunately, the cancel button had disappeared. This experience has made me hesitant to visit this restaurant again, and I might even consider making it my last visit. On top of that by the time I got out the cars in the drive thru has not been moved at all.
I enjoyed two consecutive nights of excellent food at Wendy’s. Their bacon cheese fries and chili fries were particularly delicious, and the pickles were phenomenal. Although I requested no salt on my fries, they arrived slightly salted. Despite the slightly long drive-through wait time, I was overall very satisfied with my meals.

I actualy had an error with my order yesterday but I was called by the store manager the same day. I didn’t answer the call bc I didn’t recognize the number but I called her back today. She offered to replace my order at no charge and was very nice about the whole situation. It was like talking to a mother figure in the best of ways. She really cares about her customers and my replacement sandwiches were so hot and fresh I had to wait a bit to eat them lol. If you’re ever not satisfied with what you get, management will definitely step up and take good care of you

We went through the drive thru and tried to place our order. The employee came across the intercom to begin taking my order; however she stopped me mid-order asking me to wait a moment. She came across a second time, I began my order again and once again she stopped me mid-order and asked me to wait a moment. Both times I began by saying bacon cheese burger no mayo. When she came over a third time, I began my order for the $5 biggie bag chicken nuggets, small frie, coke and bacon cheeseburger no mayo. When I arrived at the window I paid. Then I checked my cheeseburger and of course it had mayo on the cheeseburger. So I waited until she acknowledged me and said, “My cheeseburger was not supposed to have mayo. She then stated I never said “no mayo.” I stated I need this without mayo. I handed her the cheeseburger as she continued to say, I never said “no mayo.”
Maybe if she hadn’t interrupted my ordering three times she would have heard me say “no mayo.” It really wasn’t that busy. But I was not leaving the drive thru without a cheeseburger with no mayo. Respectfully a valued customer

This was an absolute horrible almost jokey experience, the lady wasn’t paying any attention and took about 3 minutes before we even got acknowledged at the speaker , had to repeat everything twice as if she wasn’t paying attention, and was sitting in the drive through for about 20 mins for just 2 frosty’s and a bowl of chili lol, this location needs to do better, to top it all off they try to run my women’s card twice after waiting 20 said minutes this women comes out and ask us for our card again… nah this Wendy’s is sketchy forever for that.
